Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Saginaw Charter Township

Would not recommend this place. There was two cars in front of me in drive thru and two people inside. Once you are in the drive thru you can’t leave because of a curb. I waited a half hour finally got to the window and paid then the lady told me they are out of pretzels I had to wait 7-10 minutes and they would bring it out if I pulled around. Waited 15 minutes and I went inside and asked about my order with no customers inside and was told it would be 10-15 minutes before I get it. I said it’s already been 15 minutes since the lady in drive thru told me it would be 10 minutes. The girl said I don’t know where she got that from and walked away. Checked in for my order another 15 minutes and they still didn’t have my order had one of my cup of pretzels out of 3 so I got one ice cold and after an hour and ten minutes got my other two cups. They wouldn’t even give me my money back...

This is the most chaotic place I’ve ever seen. There were more employees in the kitchen than there were customers waiting in line. While we were waiting in line we could tell that the staff were struggling so we changed our order to something we could see they had a stack of in the case ready to go: classic pretzels. There shouldn’t have been a wait. Yet somehow it still took us almost FIFTEEN MINUTES to have pretzels in our hands. There was an employee who appeared to be in charge of expediting who spent the whole time standing there staring blankly at tickets, obviously with no clue what was going on around her. Pretzel was just okay - I suspect it would have been a little better...

I never got treated so poorly as I did at the saginaw location. First she didn't want to wait on me. She didn't say hello or come to register to take my order. The i asked how much the nuggets were she said from with in the department $5.18. So finally she came to register to take my order not friendly at all. She moved extremely slow like I was bothering her. Beside the nuggets are really expensive and getting treated this way I will not go back. Its to bad because I work in the mall and go there often. ...
