I wanted to wait a day before I posted this 1 star review. I wanted to wait 24 hours to get my thoughts together because I take these reviews seriously. On December 10th 2021 we had a large party of roughly 10 people, the restaurant was busy but I wouldn’t say it was “full”. We got to the restaurant at roughly 7:15 pm, half way into the meal I could tell things were not going well, half of our party were waiting for drinks 45 minutes into our meal. Fast forward to 9:15, we were still waiting on our meals, which were hamburgers and fries. When we finally get our meals (around 9:35) they were wrong, over cooked burger, literally burnt to a crisp, one person in our party was missing a salad, a salad !!!! That was all she ordered, was a salad!!!! Anyways, after we finally get our food we are so frustrated that we didn’t even eat our poorly cooked food. We finally asked our waitress to speak to the manager, he apologized, well sir, an apology is pathetic, frankly I would have comped our meals, but no…. We have to wait another 30 minutes so they could sort our bills out.. by this point I was furious, not only were orders incorrect , our tables were not being cleared, one of our party had a raw burger, it was insane!!
I was going to post this immediately after we left the restaurant, but I decided to wait until the following day to give my review. One major take away for me was the lack of concern by the manager, he should have stepped in much earlier to help the poor young waitress, who clearly was not suited to handle a big party!! Not once did the manager visit our table, not until we asked to see him. I like Chili’s and I’m certain that someday I will go back, but this was beyond...

Myself, my, fiancée, and our oldest go the 3 for me (all burgers) with chips & salsa as our starters and mozzarella sticks for an additional appetizer. My youngest son and daughter split a chicken finger meal. The mozzarella sticks were brought to us by someone who wasn't our waitress in less than 5 minutes which seemed odd. My fiancée ordered a margarita which she had to wait about 20 minutes to get - when our server finally showed up again and brought the drink - we asked where our chips and salsa was and she said let me go check on them- our non verbal autistic 2 year old daughter was screaming because she was so hungry because the chips and salsa had not came to us yet. Another 10 minutes go by and we finally get our chips and salsa. They arrive all smashed up and cold.
This poor start to our experience is baffling as the place did not even seem that busy. We watched as the tables across from us with different servers got their chips and salsas promptly after ordering, got multiple drink refills, check ins, etc.- we got none of that.
Food was ok at best. Again not a single ask for drink refills, etc. Got our bill and it was wrong - shocker! Overcharged on multiple items. Waited for about 10 minutes and Dani was nowhere to be found. My daughter was getting anxious and ready to leave at this point - so I get up to go find a manager. Magically the server appears and I sit back down. I regret not getting a manager because this was the most unenjoyable and stressful dining...
Read moreI cannot believe this establishments higher authority at this restaurant. My mother and my family went there to watch the Lions game on Sunday. My stepdad and my mother were by the bar and this manager came up to my mother and asked if she was lost. He then proceeded to call her name and still was talking to her rudely. My mother then said that she had a party of 20 and he said no I don’t think so. he then proceeded to tell them to have a seat and he will see what they can do as they can do anything at all. My mother has suffered from Bell’s palsy over two years and has a problem talking sometimes. He then mocked her because of her stutter. My family decided to stay there and eat but the manager came over and asked how was everything the exact person who just mocked my mother earlier when they first got there my brother, then replied everything is fine, but you were really rude to my mother earlier and his response was I’m sorry I have no filter. Well excuse me but I don’t think that’s very manager behavior of how to treat customers, and say that you have a bad sense of humor when you literally mock them and made fun of them and acted like you didn’t want their service.
