Second time, I have ever been in the Store was today. I was looking and smelling in the lovely, Perfume Section. Trying to find a Fragrance, I liked. I did pick up 2 to 4 bottles and smelled them. I did one small squirt on my sleeve, up close. With about 3 outta the 4 bottles. The lady working in the Dressing room area, informed me from across the way, the items weren’t Testers. An the store needs to sell those items. An, that I can’t be spraying them. That I can smell them, to see if I like them. Her demeanor was not helpful nor pleasant. The store was full. I was so embarrassed the way she was scolding me. My Daughter was with me and heard how the Lady was talking to me. An actually approached the lady working the Dressing room, and very nicely told her I didn’t know. I ended up with one of the Fragrances and checked out. I suggested to the Check out Retailer up front, perhaps Testing strips could prevent such an unpleasant experience. Or having the items boxed and sealed to further prevent testing of scents. Other then this one experience, the Store...

I waited in line for 35 mins .I bought a coach perfume for 49.99 opened it in my car and the box was smashed you could smell everything had leaked ,half the bottle is gone. Went right back in with the receipt and the manager told me, I had to rewait in the line to get my money back . It is back wrapped around the store. Terrible costumer service . I have to spend an hour of my time to get my money back for your damaged product. My suggestion would be to have a register for returns . Especially on a busy Saturday. I won't shop here agian . Very not helpful very...

Staff here is always friendly and attentive. The store is well organized and clean. Their jewelry counters have beautiful pieces at a great price!
