100% atrocious! I live up in Tucson. I got a panic call from my parents telling me they stopped at this autozone for help. The autozone employee goes out to their car, thinks it's a fuse. I'm told he was pulling fuses out of the engine compartment fuse block to check them. After which the car turns over but will not start. I am then told that before my sister's husband got there this same employee was actually accusing them of knowing it did that and bringing it there to accuse autozone of breaking it. I drove thru 5 o'clock traffic, when I-19 south is backed up onto I-10 all the way to 22nd, look at the fuse block and see a missing fuse. The employee brings out a box of fuses and tells me they are $3.99. I popped one in and it starts immediately. I went inside, put opened box on the counter and tell him and the manager lady that the car started and is running by just putting a fuse back where it was. Why couldn't he just say oops I've misplaced a fuse and get another one. They sat there for 3 hours, in their 60's with severe medical issues, one being leukemia. No apology, no thanks for driving all that way to fix my screw up, just well I won't charge you for the fuses. Absolutely despicable! Unless you are car savvy and know what you need, Do...
Read moreWow! Talk about service and help, I ordered a 6 PC tire condition sensors kit for my old motorhome. I called to see if I could get some help. "They" asked if I had bought it there and I answered that in Auto Zone website I couldn't find one so I got it from someone else as they didn't have one for my RV. I went in person and I'm so grateful as Brian took all the instructions and installed all sensors in 110 degree summer heat here in Arizona. Brian showed his great attitude and prompt knowledgable tech to help me. At age 77, I'm specially grateful as this level of care and service is way out of the box. All the "crew" there help figure out the best answer to customer needs I've been a client for as long as this store has been in service in Sahuarita...
Read moreI was supposed to write this about two months ago but wasn't able to find this posting. I had enter this Autozone on Sahuarita in between Walmart and Green Valley. When I entered the shop everyone greeted me but only one person greeted and walked up to me and quickly asked me how he could help me. I believe his name was Victor. That through me off because that doesn't usually happens. He went above and beyond to help me find a cigarette fuse. Even though they didn't have it. He still continued to find a way to help and I also spoke with the manager and told him of the great work he did for me. There are times when someone goes in these shop and don't know where to start. I was happy and felt relieved and less stressful because of...
