Employees are rude, especially Megan. Her vibe must have rubbed off on the rest of the employees because after she spoke to them and I interacted with them, they had the same attitude, rude. Also, Megan wanted to give me a floor display at full price as it had scratches on it. Tried telling us it was the only item left. Ended up finding 4 brand new boxes with the item in it behind the floor display model. This was after purchasing the item online at full price so we purchased a new in box item.

Had about the same issue a few weeks prior with one of the patio furniture sets. Floor display model had SUPER dirty seat cushions. I asked for a discount on the furniture, the employee decided to flip the cushions over and said good as new, cannot do a discount. Will not be shopping...

I came In tonight and I really wanted to praise AJ his customer service was so good and welcoming. He greated us as we came in and was so patient cashing us out. He even greated my little boy. And he just loved that. Most would ignore him being the kid. I really wanted this chair and Lucy was amazing too answered all my questions and offered assistance. What great customer service. The owners should be very proud of these too. I was exhausted from along day at work and they both just made my experience and day so much better by being so kind. Love my Big Lots. This store is packed with goodness on every aisle. Low on money or just need to save? This is your go-to store for home goods including kitchen and bathroom necessities, indoor and outdoor furniture, paper products, and decor! Hungry? There are food items as well.... snacks, canned goods, juice, etc. at lower prices than Walmart! Personal needs for dental, hygiene, etc.... I could go on.
