Very disappointed - could it be because of Christmas and people who are working don't really WANT to work? I am giving the benefit of the doubt. Clerk could care less: couldn't even greet me after waiting and gave me a rough time - PLUS took a customer who was at the jewelry area even though I had been waiting longer: duh! Because THEIR merchandise was IMPROPERLY labeled clerk repeatedly said that I must 'NOT have bought the pants from their store' - then yelled out to her co-worker of whether they carry the brand: do we sell 'chaps' (Chaps pants what she could have YELLED); I had just bought them the day before:!) the co-worker thought she was talking about chap-stick...huh? I doubt if I will go to this Ross, again. I'm 65 years old; mostly seniors in the area; I don't need to be questioned of my honesty. No excuses, please! I'll go to the one in Tucson. 10/14/23 Has some great prices and some interesting items BUT if you fill your basket keep in mind that they do not allow you to take your cart out of the store with you. So either you must carry all of your items or you have to leave them abandon them and go get your vehicle and pull up there where it says no-parking and load your vehicle and I find that to be outrageous that they would put people in danger in such a way and that they would be so I don't know. Is it cheap or greedy or is it stupidity that you can't take your buggy to your vehicle? And if they're so worried about their buggies, maybe they need to have someone take your stuff to your vehicle for you.

Eeek! I hate leaving negative reviews but this place was a mess. Most of the staff were nice/helpful enough (except the fitting room lady), but the store was in such disarray it was impossible to shop here. My daughter wanted some jeans so we tried to find her size, but everything was mixed up. There was 2T next to big kid size 12, then infant sizing. Nothing was sequential. Broken/trash items could be found all throughout the store. Some items didn't have price tags. There was an alarm going off almost the entire time we were there. Just an odd store. We may check it out again next time we are in town just to see if things improve. Maybe it was just a...
