Asia — Restaurant in Saint Charles

I frequent ameristar often. Once a week I eat at Asia! I order my food too go & eat 15ft away at table across from cashier who is rude AH' the food has been awful lately ! Salt n pepper shrimp disgusting! You never get but maybe if your. Lucky 2 LITTLE packs of soy sauce! So i go to ask for more they act like there taking it out of there private home so she hands me 1 I was just like seriously im sitting. across from you i get 1 napkin. No chop sticks, no fortune cookie! There 86 on my list! The manager there idk his name tall white male very nice tries his best to satisfy , very nice! The cashier / red headed waitress omg rude rude rude im on longer wasting my comps on Asia ! Its a wrap! this is genuinely the worst food i think i’ve ever had from a restaurant, and we were very hungry when we ate this, i don’t know how it’s rated 4.5 stars, it’s gotta be the drunks or druggies from the casino eating it. the management and staff at this restaurant were great though, literally the only good thing about the restaurant. would i recommend this to my worst enemy? hell no. literally only ate it because it was the only spot open. this food for $50 has gotta be a scam, the sweet & sour chicken was incredibly soupy, literally like chicken in a broth or something, the general tso’s chicken was super salty, and you can tell the lo mein and rice were sitting for hours because of how they were literally molded to their containers. i wouldn’t eat this again if...

Was with a large party. About 25 mins after everyone else received their meals, waitress finally came to check in and asked where my food was. I told her I never received it. She went to check. I had only received my side of fried rice, which I had already eaten. She said they would make my entree, but my whole party was done. I asked her to cancel it. They tried to bring it out and made me feel rude for canceling. I again said I no longer wanted it, as my party was finished eating. Charged me full price for the side of fried rice I had eaten waiting for my entree. The little food I did have was not good. Service was awful. Food was not good. If I could rate zero...
