Disappointing Experience and Poor Customer Service: I placed an order for a flight at 11:35 PM through the QR code and paid online. A few minutes later, a server came out and informed me that they had just stopped serving flights at 11:30 PM because they had put away their “garnishments.” Despite the venue (Narwhal’s) being open until midnight, I was told they were only offering to-go cups.

When I asked if they could swap the flight for a to-go drink or refund the difference, I was told no — apparently because “flights are the most expensive drink item.” That explanation felt like an excuse rather than a solution, especially since I was just five minutes past their arbitrary cut-off.

Later, I walked up to the bar and asked the same server to look up my rewards points. Her initial response? That it would be “easier if I looked it up online myself.” She did end up retrieving the points, but this interaction, combined with the earlier one, made it clear that customer service was not a priority.

If you’re okay with being brushed off by a disengaged staff more focused on closing out than helping guests, then maybe this is the place for you. Personally, I’ve had better experiences here in the past, but this visit left a bad impression — and...

My favorite place for drinks. I like frozen drinks and their frozen drinks are awesome. My favorite was a temporary drink. It was a mudslide with strawberry stuff in it. It was amazing. I hope Missouri changes the law and let's us keep getting Narwhals to go. I've been able to pick them up, put them in a cooler and deliver them to my family. Currently ordering online is the only option. I look forward to when we can order from a person again. When the inside is open you can try samples. I miss the samples. There are some reusable cups offered that have a reduced price for refills. I buy the 24 oz drinks, so this doesn't help me. It'd be great if they sold 24 oz cups in this program too. I'd buy one or more. The other day I got $1 off because it was happy hour. That was pretty exciting! There is a rewards program both instore and online. When you make purchases you build up credit towards free or reduced price drinks. You also get a birthday drink as part of this program. I'm writing this during COVID times. I miss the whip cream and chocolate on top of my mudslide. To go orders do not have toppings.

I tried this with a friend. The atmosphere and music here are great for conversing with friends! You will wait to be seated but we arrived early and were given the choice of where we wanted to sit. I ordered a flight and I was not disappointed at all. Our server Holly was courteous and knowledgeable of the drinks they offer here and answered questions we had. There is no food on their menu but you can order from Loaded Nacho next door and have the food delivered right to your table!! I got a lunch speacial with 1/2 Crab rangoon nachos, 1/2 Garden salad. I tried the Korean BBQ Nachos, but I am not a fan of the meat or sauce they chose for this dish. It reminds me of gyro meat. The sauce didnt match the bbq name. We decided to sit on their patio which was a great idea it is decorated so beautifully.
