Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Saint Clair Shores

First time in a Jersey mikes so like a dummy I walk up to the register to order instead of the order spot. Mind you there’s no one inside. I order CBR hot sub no onion. BLT sub cold. I assume that was it since I wasn’t creating my own sandwich. Guy says what do you want on it? I didn’t hear him moved closer and he has bacon on a sub what do u want on it? Confused I say just regular BLT as is, cold. DUDE PUTS BACON ON A BUN, NOTHING ELSE starts wrapping it up like I’m actually going to pay for that. Sarcastically says “oh well then I guess that’s it if you don’t know what you want on it” Sir a BLT is what I want. I expressed multiple times sorry this is the first time I’ve been here, just was puzzled….literally never felt so much aggression toward me cuz I said just HOW IT COMES IN THE MENU. Manager was standing there through this “she doesn’t know what she wants” all shitty…making it seem like I was a Karen all because they rushed me and gave me RUDE looks the whole time I’m in there experiencing it for the first time. The public sucks I get it but why are you being SO RUDE AND IMPATIENT. Again I was the only customer in there. I cannot believe the passive aggressiveness from 1 particular employee and all with the manager standing there. Other two employees were kind and one actually reminded them it’s her first time here she said, trying to help, I appreciated that. The one employee 40 year old male, needs to be fired, talking like that to people. Especially I say I can’t believe you were going to put bacon on a bun in the bag like that I mean cmon dude. He’s like I really was gonna yeah. Guy was taking his bad day out...

I was just there and my online order instruction weren’t followed. I didnt mind, but the young lady with the blue hair was beyond rude and snarky far as attitude. When I went up to the store. She told us to call next time and usually people call. We informed her, some people prefer proof in person. Rather than the phone. She didnt allow me to explain the situation. She was cutting me off as I was speaking, being shallow, trying to make rude side comments to the gentlemen that was there, she was saying “that’s too much food to be giving away. The order was made so and so long ago. Ridiculous.” She was glaring at me from the back of the store making me uncomfortable, they disregarded me and my boyfriend as if we were not important. We brought back the ORIGINAL ORDER that was made it was UNTOUCHED! That was a $61.11 ORDER BTW! When I called to inform them that they messed up my replacement order. An older gentleman on the shift who was in charge was screaming at me on the phone. First and LAST time going to this location. I’ll go to back to Grosse Pointe. Posted are the two employees for the owner to take care of this matter. Wouldn’t recommend this...

My experience was a routine stop to get two sandwiches for dinner. One for me one for my girlfriend. I placed my order one club on rosemary parm and one original Italian on rosemary parm both giant. They start on her club they ask me if I want it Mike's way,she does plus add pickles and mustard. The clerk double check's if mayo is to go on the sun as well. I call her and double check yes she wants it as well. Then started on my sandwich. She asked would I like it Mike's way. I said no I would like lettuce pickles onions banana peppers vinegar and oil pepper and oregano. Got our sandwiches and went home. I opened up later that night they switched the toppings. My sandwich was loaded with mayo!! I hate mayo 🤮. I'm a Miracle whip guy if I'm eating turkey,but not on my Original Italian. I spent the next 15 minutes wiping the meat off and rinsing the vegetables off. I need these stores to quit pushing this Mike's way. Damn near threw my sandwich away. This might be my last Jersey Mike's go...
