Disappointed they are constantly running out of items needed to make NON-LTO drinks on their menu, also why is there never the mango flavored cold pressed orange juice available anymore? That stuff is delicious and is one of the only reasons I venture to Starbucks anymore especially with their consistency of not being able to properly order inventory.
Other than that, when items are available I appreciate being able to customize my drink which is nine times out of 10 exactly how I want it. So two thumbs up for the employees who don't act inconvenience to make special order drinks. Nothing worse than an employee who responds with an unwilling or "matter of fact" attitude. It's refreshing when an employee says I've never made this before but I'm happy to make it, could you please tell me how is normally made? Instead of: it's not on the menu, we don't do that, that's not how it comes. As long as no one is rude to me I always to even if no one is overly polite, Even if the order got messed up, we are all human, Just don't be rude, to each other.
But for customers please! Keep in mind the majority of these employees never get tips because most people now pay with a card and there is not an option to tip on a card transaction, If you know you are going to order a lot for custom order anything, And are still met with politeness Don't forget to tip when you can, Good rule of thumb if you Consistently or Never have money to tip (even a small one) then maybe you shouldn't order out, It doesn't hurt to sacrifice an add-on or that extra shot of espresso every once in a while to leave a tip. 🙂

Read moreI love this Starbucks so much! I've never had any issues coming here at all. I wish we weren't going through this pandemic so I could come back and study while having a nice coffee and a brownie. I understand that this is what's going on until we return to normal. Before the pandemic, I would walk in, find a good spot to study, put down my things and then order. People there have a sense of respect to not touch your things and I appreciate that very much. The baristas and the customers have profound appreciation for others and we come together as a family in strange ways because we all somehow look out for each other. I would get a lot of people asking me to watch over their things so they could go to the bathroom. I would tell them not to worry, they would be gone for maybe between five to ten minutes and no one would even bat an eye knowing they wouldn't want that done to them. They would thank me for watching their things and go back to what they were doing. I love coming here all the time and I am hopeful that once this pandemic is over, we can all go back...
Read moreOn June 25, 2025 at approximately 10:30am I walked inside to use the wi-fi for my laptop because I had to look for jobs online and do some other things, and I was approached by a young gentlemen telling me I had to leave because I wasn’t ordering anything and he said that his boss told him to tell him that I had to leave or order something. I thought this was extremely rude and disrespectful. I didn’t have any money because my bank account was overdrawn but I just wanted to use the internet. My son was in daycare and I was trying to look for jobs till it was time to pick him up. I had just lost my job and I’m trying to find work again so we don’t get evicted. The young gentlemen didn’t give me time to explain or anything. He just walked away from me before I could explain. I was completely embarrassed and mortified. If this is how Starbucks treats customers then I am telling everybody I know never to order from y’all ever again! So rude!!!! I can’t believe you would allow your employers to treat somebody like this! Extremely...
