I am so disappointed in IHOP now. Food ehh service well unless you are Hispanic you can't get any I was Sat in a little corner along with two black ladies who got the same treatment. The waitress was Hispanic but not at all interested in taking the time to answer questions or even ask if we were ready to order which we were. She kept looking into the main dining area at a Hispanic group Sat at one of her tables. She dropped off water to my table so fast that it spilled. I tried to catch her to ask for coffee but she was already at the other table laughing and taking all the orders. Twenty minutes later she came back and said we'll do you know what you want yet I said yes her reply was a sparky good I told her what I wanted and it was not a regular item on the menu but have had it many times. Of course I was told we don't do that I replied can you check with the Mgr I get it often. She left for all of maybe 30 seconds came back we don't do that like I said. Ok I ordered ao.ething else. After she basically ran to the other table I asked the hostess for the manager. She is the manager and the waitress never even went near her. I asked about my items that I wanted and asked if they have been discontinued. Mgr said no ma'am I will be glad to get them for you. I declined just eat what I got. Funny thing waitress did not bring the order also still needed silverware. Actually had glad down the Mgr again for silverware after 10 more minutes. Then the waitress came over asked is there a problem and I explained that waiting for silverware this long also no refills the entire time never got coffee brewing a fresh pot I was told. My food had gotten cold and with the manager standing there she said she could heat it up the manager offered to have it remade. I declined and ate my cold food. When I was done amazingly she waited by my table to get her money. But I asked for a menu for something to go so she got me the menu and scamper away them went to the registerto pay. Waitress came over and said I thought you were getting more I told her I changed my mind but thanked her she stood right there with a big smile and inquired about my visit and my weekend Mgr right behind me never took her eyes off of the register screen and wasn't pleased that I didn't leave her tip on the card I put cash on the table some places charge them if it is on a card. I got a not so nice look and she went back to the other table. Wow this is the third bad experience with Ihops now not gonna lie I won't be back . They used to be so amazing what...

Read moreThis was one of the worst experiences I've had at a restaurant. To keep this shorter I will keep my comments about the terrible service to a minimum. I ordered sirloin tips and eggs breakfast, My eggs were to be over medium with a side of wheat toast added extra so that I could dip my toast into my eggs. My food took nearly an hour to arrive and when it did arrive it was missing components Such as the butter pecan syrup for my pancakes and the peppers, onions, mushrooms for my sirloin tips. It wasn't until my server set my food down in front of me that she told me the restaurant was out of onion's mushrooms for the sirloin tips. The tips come prepared in a pre portioned sauce that covers the meat the onions and the mushrooms. Without the mushrooms and onions there was way too much sauce and the meat was sweet and disgusting. Also it was way undercooked to the point of being raw and still cold. My eggs were overhard rather than over medium so there would be no dipping. I had her remove it from my bill and ordered a Spicy publano omelet. The omelet was good but I noticed when it came it was full of onions and peppers. I mentioned this to my server and she said it was a pre portion package of already cut veg specifically for that omelet. Okay, But if your restaurant is out of mushrooms, onions, and peppers and somebody orders one of the most expensive menu items I.E. sirloin tips.. Maybe you should Sacrifice the portioned bag lol. not to mention you can basically throw a stone from this restaurant and hit Publix. Lastly my server was very annoyed that I asked her to take the toast off of my bill. Considering there were no eggs for me to dip my toast into I no longer wanted it. She did not understand the concept of dipping my toast into eggs L o l , And made a comment in a rude tone about me receiving "A sweet deal" for today's meal. I chuckled to myself and thought, Considering all I had been through to eat that Subpar meal. It probably should have been free... Come on! Do better ihop, You're the only place I can get my butter pecan Pancake syrup.. I'll try you guys again in a few months and see if you've...
