So disappointed in the order we received tonight. We ordered 3 Big Carl sandwiches with pickles and a few other things. We had to wait for our food. Then they brought it out to us in the smallest bag they could find and it was STUFFED so full it ripped when we took it. We asked if it was everything because the bag was so small. They said yes. Because it was stuffed and I could barely move stuff around to verify it looked like it was okay. Drove home. Got everyone’s burgers out and one of the Big Carl sandwiches was missing. So we only got 2. Verified on the receipt we paid for 3. Then the 2 Big Carl sandwiches we got only had 1 patty on them. They should have had 2. So not only were we missing food, the food we did receive was made incorrectly. I immediately tried calling, after 7 attempts of the phone just ringing and ringing and then going to a full voicemail box we just gave up. We live 30 minutes from this location so driving back wasn’t really cost effective. It is beyond frustrating to order food and go through a drive thru and be told it’s complete and then it’s not. This time I ordered three lettuce wrapped (low carb) famous stars for my wife. She has celiac disease and can't have bread. Got out to my vehicle and everyone had a bun on it. I tried to go in and talk to the "shift lead" Christian B. He was very rude, gave attitude, and called me liar. Showed him the bun burgers and he took them back. He went back where they make the food. Threw away empty wrappers and came back too quick to have made new burgers wrapped in lettuce. He gave me three styrofoam containers. The pictures show what they did. My wife became very sick after eating. They have never gave me the low carb famous stars in styrofoam containers before. So I believe he wanted the other burgers back so there would be no record of the mistake. I also believe he just took the buns off the burgers and put them in the containers. Read moreIt was late... Just before ten p.m. when I pulled up to the drive-thru. My order was taken promptly. Then started the wait! The car in front of me did have a large order... So theoretically the wait was completely understandable. My frustration was the amount of time I had to wait after the other car left. I had a double western combo and a Santa Fe Chicken sandwich ordered... As soon as I pulled up to the window, the cashier took my card, handed out my drink, then disappeared. I spotted her a couple minutes later doing cleaning tasks... Perfectly understandable since they had to be preparing to close, however you did have a customer at the window who had no idea what was going on other than that his cashier had disappeared with his card. Maybe she told me when she handed out the drink?. Finally, at 10:13 p.m. she came back with my order and handed it out with my card. Total time... over 15 minutes for a combo and an extra sandwich. Now I have the feeling... do not visit late at night... and watch for irregularities. Overall rating: The food was great... tasty and hit the spot... the service was slow...
