Costco Food Court — Restaurant in Saint George

My wife and I stopped at the St George Costco to get gas and then something to eat. We went to the food court and I ordered a hotdog w/ drink and my wife got a fruit smoothie. Since Costco no longer has a sit-down areas in the warehouse, I have been asking for a second cup for the refill. I have been doing that throughout Covid-19 and have never had an issue. Today I had a very different experience. The gentleman at the pickup counter in St George (about 2:15pm) refused to give me a second cup. He said I could come back after finishing the drink and then he'd give me a refill cup. Since there's no place to eat inside, did he expect that I'd go outside, eat my hotdog and then go back in and hope he'd give me a refill cup. I've never had an issue at any other Costco. I have an executive membership and spend thousands of dollars at Costco. Today's experience certainly left me very much unhappy...

Food is good, price is great, system/service... Awful!! I've ordered pizza here so many times and to this day I have never received it even close to when they say. In fact we stopped going there because we decided it's not worth the money you save when you factor waiting an avg.of an extra 25 min....Everytime.

They even offered a free pizza for waiting so long... You guessed it even that pizza was more than 20 min. longer than they said... This was...

So, so good! I definitely miss the combo pizza but man, you can't find a better deal. Hot dog, pizza, smoothie, etc... So affordable for a family or cheap, quick lunch. The Costco food court system is DIALED in. And the best part, you don't need to be a member! If you are on a time crunch, or just want a quick, cheap meal; this is a great place to go.
