Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Saint George

Hello, I was ordering food here and a man answered the phone, pardon me but I do not remember his name, Kyle possibly? I could not believe the professionalism this man treated me with, I accidentally passed gas and I did not hear any single bit of a peep out of him. I didn't like the food so I rated low, but I very much do appreciate the customer service received. The food arrived very quickly, warmed to perfection. Atmosphere I rated as a 3 because the birds would not stop chirping when I was eating on my porch. I did ask for the driver to stay and chat with me, but I do understand he has a job to do and could not chat. When the driver arrived I was chatting with my neighbor about couple that moved in (2 MEN?) and I do not appreciate how they can come into MY neighborhood and stomp all over MY culture and GOD. anyways was off topic I shouldn't speak about this I just get to rambling and don't know when to stop. I shouldn't go on about this, but; if someone is going to move into another persons neighborhood then they should respect the cultural norms that have been established for hundreds of years. I asked for extra onion on my sandwich, and they did add sufficient amount of onion I was satisfied. I think next time I will order 2 sandwiches as I was still a little peckish after just the single. Kinda annoyed, ordered the $5 combo in the drive thru, but said I wanted a large drink. Suddenly, a guy get on and says they can’t give me a large drink for that price and I told him I will pay the difference which I expected to do, but he says they don’t have a way to charge the difference. Why is that my problem? Figure it out. Then they ask me for my # and tell me I have points and tell me what I can have free, so I say I’ll take a cookie. Get my order, no cookie. I ask where’s the cookie? Oh, we gave you the chips instead? So, why bother asking me? I was very willing to pay the difference for what I wanted. I did get the large drink. Also, it’s pretty annoying that your delivery guys take all the front row parking. I get they are in/out, but as a customer, parking should be readily available for customers, not delivery drivers. Done venting. Otherwise, you guys are normally awesome but not today & not with parking.

Response to your reply: your drivers taking the parking was a few weeks before the COV-19 outbreak hysteria and I have noticed it’s ongoing and in my opinion is not considerate of the dine in customers but that may no longer matter with the current circumstances. If you call to have these guys deliver a sandwich to you they won't be very courteous over the phone or sound like they know what they're doing/be professional and will add fees they won't tell you about in the phone conversation. Delivery fee, water fee, stuff they don't do at the bluff store location. By the time you give a generous tip to the delivery employee and send them on their way with a polite smile, you look down at your receipt and the smile fades because you realize you've just spent over $10.00 on a dinky sandwhich worth half the price. Rip offs. At least that's my experience. Anyways if you get a chance to deal with their bluff street location, do. Because they are MUCH better there! Order a #12 on wheat bread with added sprouts it's delicious. Also if you're in the red cliffs area go to chick-fil-A instead. For less price than this mess up got me you get so much more by way of the foods portion size and excellent customer service. I've always been treated politely and top notch there. If you don't care about the service and are really hungry Cafe Rio is nearby too and the food is good. Anyways I'll never order from this JJ's again.
