Batteries Plus — Local services in Washington

I wish I could give 10 stars honestly. First, let me start by including that while on Christmas vacation in Virginia I had my phone screen replace by a Batteries Plus. They did a fine job with the screen portion, however they did not connect a connection strip that activated Siri's microphone as well as my own. No employee at the Virginia location conducted a exit test nor mentioned anything about the faulty connection. I only realized my Siri function as well as hearing anyone on the other line of a phone call did not work once I arrived back in Utah. Each repair comes with a 6 month warranty so I decided to come down to this Washington location to see if they could warranty the fix. I spoke with Hass the manager who also did the fix on my phone. He was so professional and honest I could not have asked for better customer service! He even showed and explained the function of the strip and showed me where the other store messed up the repair. That earns five stars. He then proceeded to call the store I initially got the repair done and chewed the manager out for his employee's lack of care with the repair and negligence of the exit testing. 5/5 ...After I left Batteries Plus for a phone repair, I wanted to tell everyone about my experience, truly. My phone was black but pinged when I received notifications. After worrying that I'd have to shell out and arm and a leg for a new screen, or worse, it being indefinitely damaged, I had an experience where honesty was valued to the highest extent. I would have been blind and none the wiser if the tech told me I needed a new screen. Instead he said I must have dropped it on a prior occasion & there was something loose that needed tightening & their would be no charge. It really made my day that this place values honesty and looks out for their customers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND & please don't trust anyone who leaves anything under 5...

I have been a patron of Batteries Pluss, on Redcliffs Drive, for many years. You can find just about anything related to bulbs, key-fobs, watch batteries etc. I love the watch battery for life deal. I have used this many times. Hoss the manager is about as helpful and friendly as anyone I've dealt with. I went into the store ,today, to find replacement batteries for my keychain flashlight. The little metal bracket, that secures the light to the keychain, was lost. Alexa was helping me and noticed this. She said give me a second. Alexa went to her purse and took the bracket off of her own identical flashlight and gave it to me. Above and beyond customer service I'd say! Thank you to all at Batteries Plus (Redcliffs).
