I will never come to this location again because of the employee by the name of Lexi. She has the worst customer service that i have ever experienced in my life. Before she started to make my sandwich, I asked for the mayo and mustard to be on the bread. She rolled her eyes and then put so much that i could not even finish it. She had the worst attitude!!! She had the most obvious fake eyelashes on which I'm almost sure has to be a health code violation. Everything that i asked for on my sandwich got an eye roll followed by an over exaggerated sigh, like i was asking her to make my bread by scratch and milk the cow to make the cheese. After i purchased my food, i went to get iced tea, and there was none made. Everything was set out for it to be made, nobody started it. When i asked if there was any way to get some made, she gave me a nasty look and just shook her head, not once making a verbal reply. When i asked again if i could get tea made being that i do not drink soda she said "we do not make tea at this location." Then, when i asked for a manager she stated that there was not one and that she does not know when there will be one there, and she had ZERO contact information for a manager. I told her i did not believe her and then she replied "i will get it for you, if you cant see I have customers." Last i checked, I WAS a customer. If i had an employee who treated customers like this for no apparent reason, they would be fired. She should not be working in the food industry with...
Read moreWhat ever happened to good customer service? It is a thing of the past. Don't expect to be treated like a customer at this place. I'm going to reference the exact same issue as Benjamin's issue below. I have visited this place for years, I have bought the same either BMT or Tuna sandwiches both here and on River road every single weekend for years. I go in tonight to get a 12 inch tuna sub, and a new worker is working the counter. She is nice, but asking the manager/co-worker how many scoops, the manager tells her "4", so without any supervision, she proceeds to place 4 tiny scoops on the sandwich. Most of the base was so thin, it was hard to even cover the bread. I ask politely to add more, and the co-worker immediately intervenes and tells me that it will cost me extra. I explained that I get these all the time, and there is next to nothing there. I get informed that the co-worked also does this every day and its fine. OK then....I say, go ahead then I'll pay extra, but I won't be back. Didn't seem to make any difference. The new help was nice, and even stated they thought it looked to them like it was pretty thin. What else Can I say? I look at my receipt and paid $1.60 extra for a sandwich that wasn't even on par with normal. Needless to say, I hope the Buck Sixty was worth my weekly business. I WILL NOT...
Read moreFilthiest Subway I have ever seen. My family used to own franchises and I know the standards the corporation expects. This place is a disgrace. The young man working by himself was a very nice guy. Couldn't hear a word he said but he was very pleasant. There was old food built up in the edge of the table he made the sandwiches on. Both of my sandwiches touched that mess, I wanted to cancel my order. The veggies were almost empty and looked like they had been in the container for days. As i walked to the soda machine there was a wet floor sign laying down in the floor and i almost fell. There was in fact a huge puddle of water on the floor. The soda tasted like the machine hasn't properly been cleaned in a while as there was an awful after taste. In the probably close to 100 stores I've seen, I have never seen anything like this. I couldn't get past half my sandwich and I was done. Come on guys this is food you're dealing...
