Updated review: They responded trying to say I was wrong and was referring to another location disregarding our complaint however this is incorrect and bad business. The company I’m referring to is the website attached to this Google listing and I have attached screenshots of the section talking about gluten free options that are not o the menus. There is also a screenshot of the submit page after you enter your email for a coupon. Furthermore, avoid this place. Initial review: Just don’t come here. They advertise they have an 11 inch gluten free pizza online with no upcharge. This is not true. When we pointed it out they said that the website is wrong and that they only have an 10 inch pizza and it’s an extra $4. The manager came to see us and said there was nothing she could do and we had to pay. She seemingly had no authority over anything and no idea how to give discounts or help upset customers. Because we were hungry and didn’t want to drive into town we decided to just pay for it. After getting our food we went into the dining area to wait and it was filthy dirty, the salad bar had food spilled all around it and the soda machines had no ice in them. The food finally arrived and it was not overly warm and didn’t taste as good as the price warranted. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else for pizza, especially if you’re gluten free. You’ll save time, money and you’ll more than likely get better food. As a message for management. You obviously have the money to fix your website, considering the multiple locations you have. The coupon code entry section does not work and the statements you make on your website are false regarding dietary restrictions and the menu. Do better.

After searching for a pizza place close by our condo, we found The Pizza Factory, I read the reviews, and they were mixed. We decided to give it a shot! We had never been before, so we had to take a look at the menu. The young girl at the counter was helpful. We placed our order and were told which table to sit at, so we sat down. The table we were sent to was very dirty with lots of food on the floor around the table as well as in the booth. I asked the young man who was cleaning the other tables if he could please clean it up, and he was less than impressed. After sitting and watching other groups come in, we realized we weren't handed our stuff (cups & salad bowls) like everyone else. We walked over and asked for our soda cups and bowls for the salad bar. The salad was fresh, and the food was ok. The portions are definitely not worth the price. I'm glad we got to try it, but we probably wouldn't visit again. A large group with about 9 kids and 5 adults came in and were very obnoxious. The kids were running around, playing games from one table to another, yelling, spilled soda not once but twice, and dropped their food on the floor. The parents just sat there and watched and listened as this went on. That definitely was our que to leave.

I'll set the scene first. You walk into what should be a "sit down" pizza place just as the rest of these chain restaurants are. You're greeted by a short line to a cashier who is taking order then saying, " Okay, so go sit at table 3." After being rushed through the order process you're prompted to pay and leave a tip. A tip? For what? Walking my food to the table? There is no service offered whatsoever table side. My meal was incredibly over priced and my food portions were very small. Small enough we left hungry enough we will have to seek food again after what was supposed to be dinner. You can't charge restaurant prices for something served fast food style. Dining area was dirty. Very disappointed in my experience tonight. Would not recommend.

The person at the counter really needs some customer service training.

The customer before me has a very young daughter. He mother put in coins to get a surprise, but the only remaining item did not dispence as it should have.

Therefore, the only suprise they received was the order taker telling them there was no way to give them a refund, nor open the candy type container to get the prize out of.

On to my encounter. First I tried to order a single slice of pizza. Was told they only have single one-person pizzas. Ok, owners and/or Management set the Menu items, and prices.

I said the one person pizza would be ok. Then I asked how long before it would be ready, and explained I was waiting on a bus, and could not wait for a pizza to be cooked. I then asked about a sandwich, which I was told would take longer than the pizza.

I then asked if there was any food item that was already to go. She the dark haired clerk said bread sticks were ready to go. I asked how much they were. Was told the price was for each individual item. I ordered Three (3) bread sticks.

After about Seven (7) minutes, I asked how long it would be, before the bread sticks would be ready. She responded "they're almost ready to come out" (of the oven).

At this point, I asked for my money back. She made the excuse that she forgot about another order. I said it did not matter, and that I had a bus to catch, and repeated that I wanted my money back.

She talked to the Owner, or Manager, not sure which one he is. He quickly refunded my order. I let him know, if the lady with the long dark hair had been honest with me, I would not have complained.

There is another food place that I could have gone to.

I'll only go back, if I have close to an hour before the next bus. If there is anymore false information from any employee, I'll append this review, and lower the STAR to One. On the other hand if the Food is Good and Fresh, and the Service is Great, Five Stars will be...

Do yourself a favor & take the extra few minutes to drive to the other location. It’s worth it. As someone who has been a die-hard PF fan (even worked there for a year) I’m severely disappointed.

I was BAFFLED at how GROSS this location is.

Everything is self serve (this was a surprise as all the other locations we’ve been to seats you with a waiter), but it is clearly not regularly managed by the employees. The salad bar, the drink station, etc. was all a giant mess. The bar wasn’t stocked well either. (Upon further review, it looks like this is a regular complaint for those leaving less than 5 stars. There are responses from management saying they’ll fix it…looks like that has been unsuccessful.)

The bathroom was horrific & smelled awful. Not to mention they were out of paper towels. You couldn’t use the toilet it was so gross & you walked out of there feeling like you needed to wash your hands again.

The employees didn’t have great attitudes & certainly weren’t welcoming. They were too busy chatting with each other. It looked to be all teens.

The breadsticks & pasta were delicious—whatever they do to the chicken is amazing. Alfredo dipping sauce is delicious as always.

Unfortunately for me, I had to wait longer for my food than my husband. (Another issue that was mentioned in previous reviews.) The (not thin crust) pizza crust is very thin & crunchy. Very disappointed there.

Overall, it looks like management hasn’t really taken people’s feedback seriously. So I repeat: Go to the other location. Food is better. Service is great. And...
