Little China Taste Of Asia — Restaurant in Saint George

If you have not tried Little China, you are missing out! I was excited when I heard about this new Chinese restaurant in St. George area, since we have zero Chinese restaurants in Hurricane, UT (although we some reason have a dozen Mexican restaurants). I was definitely NOT disappointed my first time trying Little China! Since my first time, I have tried several of their dishes and have not been disappointed with any of them! Their portions are perfect (even the lunch menu items -- I read another reviewer state that the portions were small - not sure if they're used to buffets or what). I absolutely love the Egg Drop Soup - I usually get an extra bowl to go. I have not stayed to eat at the restaurant & have only taken my orders to go, but every time I have been there to order the restaurant is busy with most tables being full. The service is great, speed to order & receive is timely, & a wonderful atmosphere! The owner greets & says farewell to each customer and is usually the person at the front counter taking to-go orders, etc. I would highly recommended Little China...and cannot wait for them to open one up in...

For lunch we started with the cream cheese wonton appetizer, which had a perfectly crispy shell and a smooth, creamy filling.

For entrées, we ordered General Tso’s chicken and Pad Thai, both served with fried rice. The General Tso’s chicken had a satisfying crunch, coated in a sweet and mildly spicy glaze that allowed the dish’s flavors to shine. The Pad Thai, on the other hand, packed more heat, with tender noodles tossed in a bold, spicy sauce and topped with crunchy peanuts for added texture.

The egg rolls were golden and crispy on the outside, with a soft and savory filling, while the egg drop soup had a well-balanced consistency—not too thick or thin—with a mild, comforting flavor that we enhanced with a touch of soy sauce. At the table, diners have access to soy sauce, salt, pepper, and spicy mustard, allowing for further customization. Each dish maintained the right balance of textures—crispy where expected and tender where needed—making for an enjoyable...

I have been following the owners for eleven years now, since I relocated to Saint George Utah. Trying to find delicious Chinese food for a quick meal or take home to add to other prepared dishes. What can I say about Little China Taste of Asia? All of my food was amazingly, freshly, made to go. I received a few recommendations from the owners, on an entree and a appitizer. Both delicious options: Honey Pecan Shrimp (wish I ordered more) and Pork eggrolls.

I am a stickler for an awesome Combination of meats/seafood/poultry fried rice, with added bean sprouts! They know thats my go-to meal as a "staple".

I'm looking forward to dining in next time, and selecting other entrees, with invited friends to join me. Plenty of seating available, atmosphere was clean and inviting, the staff is professional and soft spoken, and attentive to your needs.
