7:50am. I’m only leaving this review because the same girl has done this twice now. I make the mistake of pulling behind a red suv Mercedes I believe a Mercedes on two separate occasions. The car happens to be friends with the girl in drive thru. I get my order in both times as does the red car in front of me yet your employee continues to gossip and laugh and chat while I can’t go anywhere and new cars pull up in the other lane ordering after me and leaving. Finally today I looked at the other girl doing drive thru and asked if I can go because literally what a joke and so disrespectful. The other girl told her to move the car up so they continued talking until finally your employee said bye. No apology to me. Your employee sees me waiting to move forward to the window but continues her chat yet your company hounds for tips when our time isn’t respected. We are going through drive thru coffee to be fast on our way to work. I’m officially done with Dutch bros once I use up the funds in my account. That girl should be written up or fired. They need to learn how to make the drinks properly!!! Made my drink 3 times and it was still wrong. I ordered the cookie butter latte, extra hot. The first drink I am watching them make it and they put too much milk in it, not leaving any room for the soft top, which they put in anyway, causing it to overflow and go everywhere and really messy. I didn't feel like it was made right, so they re-madee it. The second one was not extra hot, so I asked them to make it again. This one tasted like burnt coffee so I don't know if the shots were wrong or what, but at that point I was done and just wanted to leave so I didn't say anything. I got three drinks.3 of them were messed up. I have pictures of them. I wanted blended. They gave ice and and they had probably no strawberries, so they give me just a little dip of strawberry juice on top. It was ridiculous The second drink, I got, it was a lemonade. light ice and gave me a small, it was supposed to be a large and they gave me little let's drop a strawberry. Got a golden eagle and I didn't have any caramel on it. There was a lot of ice and hardly no drink. I don't think some people know how to make drinks there. I was very disappointed in this time.
