Jordan, who was clearly the most senior employee working today killed it.

We got there right as it opened, and it was busy immediately... he had one colleague who was making some rolls and two new gals he was training. He managed to take about 10 different groups orders setting the right expectations on how long it would take for them to get the deserts prepared. This wound his team up with a solid backlog of 25 deserts to make while people were STILL shuffling in.

Jordan could not catch a break, something messed with two of the gallons of blue cream (for the monster ink taco), he tried to get chocolate sauce out of what looked like three empty or stuck containers of chocolate syrup. Meanwhile the two in-training gals managed to do pretty much nothing outside of what they were asked to do, while Jordan was basically running everything. He stayed super calm, dealt with the problems professionally and kept moving.

Jordan kept a good attitude the whole time, was kind to customers and his employees. He finally got the new gals started making some rolls and I heard him say "do your best and if you mess up it's okay' which I loved.

The deserts themselves were tasty, but the amount of effort Jordan put in today is why I'm writing a review.

Give that dude a raise, seriously, you guys are lucky to have this guy. He's got a bright future ahead after his ice cream slinging days are long behind him. He single handedly managed an extremely stressful environment, while training two new people and, solo running the cash register and making...

This place is fantastic! The wife and I have been multiple times now and have had delicious shakes, ice cream, and teas. Did we wait a while the first time we went? Yes, and it was worth it!! Was there some slight miscommunication due to the extremely high order volume? Sure was, and they responded promptly and professionally!! Don't be so quick to comment on the few small details and overlook how great this place is and how big a breath of fresh air it is for St. George dessert. Bugged about paying $7? I just looked for your review on Cold Stone Creamery and it wasn't there... must appreciate lesser ice cream for even worse prices. Don't think the waffle has a lot of flavor? Well good thing they're just colored and not labeled as having any type of "flavor" aside from your standard waffle cone you'd get...anywhere. Need water to wash down your ice cream? No stress, water container and cups near where you pick up your ice cream. Don't let your lack of waffle flavor fog your view of it. Need a booster seat for a toddler? Great, saw a couple of them waiting desperately to be sat in and smothered in ice cream by your little one. These are all negative reviews I've read and all of them have either been things that already exist OR have been addressed by quickly addressed/implemented by the crew. Which as a result, beyond the awesome ice cream, makes this place a winner. Way more than just a fly by night dessert joint. Will keep coming back! Thanks and...

This place was amazing! Super friendly owners. I took my wife here for dessert for our 8 year anniversary. She made us feel like family. I see this place going far. She was genuinely happy for us. Asked if we had kids and when we told her we were expecting a 3rd she congratulated us again and asked how my wife was feeling. Was really cool being able to see the young men and young women working the cold plates and cream. Freshly made waffle tacos for your icecream as well. The husband was literally making them behind the guys and gals working the cold plates. The employees all were smiling and seemed like they were enjoying their works as well. I can't say enough good things about this company and the fantastic first impression I got from them for my first visit.

One suggestion for the sweet couple running the place:

You should put something in place to help walk in customers know where the line is when they first get in. In the time that we were there we saw and heard many potential customer ask where the line was and when they couldn't get a strait answer or they would look all the way down the group's of people, some people in line and some waiting for their orders, they would shrug their shoulders and walk out. This is money walking out the door and I really wanna see you guys be as successful as possibly. Something to just help a customer not have to question where to go would, I bet, go a long way with...

The wait is really long so if you have people waiting for their order and a line to order, you’ll be there a while assuming tonight wasn’t unusual. This was my first time here. My husband ordered a shake which they make using ice which makes sense since their ice cream is not scooped, however, it gave it much more of a smoothie feel which would be fine if that’s what you went into it thinking. But the ice seemed to really take away from any creaminess that you would expect. My “taco” was actually quite nice. Not overwhelming in flavor or sweetness which is nice. However, I probably would t have chosen to wait for the 30-45 minutes it took to get our order if I had known what to expect. The most annoying thing honestly wasn’t even the wait time though, if you watch the girls prepping the orders, there were a couple who just seemed really out off by the line and seemed to work slower while looking annoyed. I will say, there ere one or two who really looked like they were carrying the rest of them though. But when you have a big line, and a bit of a process to complete an order, you need more of those one or two people.
