Not happy at all! Ordered a half McAlister's king club, cup of soup; whole McAlister's french dip with a bowl of soup; and a McAlister's club with broccoli. Even told the cashier we wanted the french dip just as shown on the board. The whole sandwich. Rang me up, scanned my rewards, got my water walked away then asked if I wanted a reciept. Took my reciept sat down a server brought out a half french dip, bowl of soup, club with broccoli, and asked if the other sandwich was a blt. We told him we ordered a full french dip, "Ill have to go to my manager" we said ok. We asked about the sandwich and he asked "Do you want me to get my manager" we said yes please. About 5 minutes later said server is up front joking around with other employees. No manager bothered to come out. We went up front to ask for the manager and someone asked to help us. We told them we asked for the manager and the woman said yup thats me. We explained the situation told her we ordered a full sandwich, she said" well they charged you for half" I said well we told them a full but she never verified. They said nothing. When I went to my table the cashier loudly said, I read the order back, rudely! The manager never tried to rectify the issue. I would have paid the difference gladly! Read moreIt took over 10 minutes to order a baked potato, salad, coffee and tea. The cashier then walked off with no explanation before we paid for our meal. We went to our table and I waited over 20 minutes for my coffee and I only got it after I went to another server to get coffee. That took over 10 minutes. I went to the cashier to get a cup of water because it was taking too long to get a cup of coffee. There were no lids for the cups so I had to request one. I had to go back to the registers to ask for creamer. I had been told by the cashier that she couldn't get My creamer, I had to wait for a server to get it. My super max potato didn't have sour cream. I didn't waste my time requesting it. I WILL NEVER GO TO McCallisters AGAIN. I HAVE NEVER EVER RECEIVED SUCH POOR SERVICE. The food was only so-so and it wasn't good enough to make up for the pathetic service. If I hear someone say they're going to go to McCallisters I will tell them they shouldn't go there because of EXTREMELY PATHETIC SERVICE. I gave the employees the opportunity to make things right with me but they didn't. So congratulations McCallisters. I've never had such horrible service and I'll never go to your restaurant again. Read moreNormally, my experience at McAlister's is fast and delicious. But here recently, I've been quite disappointed with the To-Go services. I called in a simple order of a choose two with a french dip and bowl of chili; pretty easy right? You'd think. The woman on the phone who took my order, which is for my manager not even me, didn't tell me when it would he ready. Instead, she hurried me off the phone and ended with "seen you then" click. I figured around 15minutes would be a good time because that's about how long it takes for us at our restaurant to get a To-Go out. I got there about 20 minutes later, only to wait another 20. While standing by the computer watching my order get cold on the shelf, NONE of the cashiers even acknowledged me standing there. It was another 5minutes until I said something to the cashiers. I didn't recieve the sweet tea I bought, AND the food was very cold. They're lucky the dip was still warm because that's what saved the meal, according to my manager who was less than pleased.
