Revising my review for last time, the name on the receipt tonight is Kevin (who often times is working the drive thru), this review is already long so I won't bother with tonight issues, please read before going to this location. this arbys had now lost my business entirely I will not be back and I suggest that if you want decent service go somewhere else, for a developing area west end is all just a joke and this arbys is right at the top of the list with its terrible crew. Posted on their window is window paint stating they want happy people. I have a suggestion, instead of hiring just happy people maybe hire compitant people.

I have not been served the wrong food, order is always spot on, the employees I'm sorry to say are kind of a joke, not every team member is but a little too much messing around not paying attention to a customer in line and having conversations with coworkers over the drive thru mic while ordering. This review could certainly change if service improved.
Tonight's review:
Inside isn't busy and nobody is in drive thru besides myself I ordered a meal for myself and a kids meal for my daughter. I ask for no ice and (they still put ice in my drink) I asked for a medium meal and (they gave me a small, which they only charged me for a small so I guess it's what ever...) asked if I wanted curly fries or Apple sauce for the kids meal I said curly fried (I received some sort of hash brown triangle).
The other day I came here in the afternoon and had fantastic service it's the night crews which don't listen, or don't care about their job.
I dont just give low star ratings to everyone, I write as honest as possible when it comes to reviews, I hope the staff recognizes this review and does something about the evening staff. I reached out when I got about half a dozen sandwiches like this (also with stale buns.) Corporate responded and offered a partial in-store credit but I just wanted an email from the store letting me know what happened and if that's going to be the norm on the regular roast beef.
It took a couple weeks but Corey at the store finally called me wanting to know more about what upset me. (At 10am on a week day while I was at work) I called back just after 3pm and after about 30 rings someone finally picked up and said he wasn't there and didn't know when he would be. (This would be why I asked just for an email letting me know why the quality was so poor and it took so long to get back to me. I had even sent them all the pictures!!)
I emailed back to the corporate person who had been following up and let her know. She said they will work to improve things.
Overall the total order was a loss since my kids didn't like that they were just eating crunchy buns. We did manage to put all the slices of roast beef together from 6 sandwiches to make a normalish looking one. But it wasn't enough to feed us all so we had to go back out.
End of the day the store doesn't care about it's customers and and corporate can't do anything about it. So going here is a gamble you could get screwed over or you get what you paid for. I would recommend going anywhere else at least for consistency and...

Where is the problem... they appear on the 2 for $6.00 promotional menu and I did not specifically ask for the classic roast beef sandwiches on the 2 for $6.00 promotional menu. I am guessing that they are indeed the same classic roast beef sandwiches doesn't matter how you ask for them and this is just a matter of syntax, verbiage about getting the deal. What would have been really cool, awesome even and worthy of a positive review is if the voice behind the box would have mentioned that the sandwiches were part of their promotional 2 for $6.00 deal and that there was an opportunity for personal savings... kudos to the employee who is looking out for the well being of their customers. my wife caught the error and whether it was malicious or not we will never know, I am not a frequent flyer of Arby's as Arby's is not in my traffic pattern... however my wife is and it is more than a weekly patronage for her. I have 7 years of retail management... convenience store retail management... I kinda feel for you... every now and then you have an opportunity to show your community your true colors and that you really care about the people who PAY YOUR WAGES.
