Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Saint Louis Park

I had one of the worst experiences at this noodles and Company location that I have ever had. I ended up going there because I was in a rush and was on the move and needed something quick. What ended up happening was I was served in edible food. My mushrooms were hard and crunchy that was in the rigatoni. Rosa and the noodles itself were crunchy and was completely an edible when I had brought it up to the counter staff they looked at me like I had done something wrong. They refuse to refund me for my meal that was inedible that I was unable to eat, and then the manager or the assistant manager, whoever he was proceeded to turn his back and laugh at me with his underage coworker after I had walked away from the counter. I have contacted noodles corporate, due to this horrific experience. Because of this, I am now sick with food poisoning. let this be your sign to never ever go to this noodles. I love Noodles and Company! What is there not to love? This place serves melted cheese over a bowl of carbs!! However, I can only give this location a review of 3 stars, and it has nothing to do with the food. The quality of service, and cleanliness of this location is SO hit or miss. The last four or five times we have been to this location, the place has been a disaster. Clean tables can be had to find, as they haven't been cleared from past patrons. The floor will be covered with garbage, used napkins, and straw wrappers. Now, I can completely understand how a place can look like this when its the busy dinner rush, but this can be observed closer to closing time, when the location is empty and the employees are just standing around being talking to each other. There are numerous other Noodles and Company locations nearby, such as Golden Valley, or Uptown, that provide the same food and a cleaner...

I usually order from the Noodles in Minnetonka on 101 or the one in Eden Prairie. I have never been impressed by the service at those two locations, and occasionally downright disappointed. Tonight, I stopped at the Knollwood Noodles for dinner to go, and in the future I will go out of my way to come to this location. I was impressed by the people working the counter, who were all multitasking but made sure the customers were served promptly and taken care of immediately. The young man who took my order was polite and fast. I used the restroom while I was waiting, and it was clean and stocked.
