Stopped in to order my first ever Chick-fil-A sandwich. I’m vegetarian, so I ordered the “vegetarian sandwich.” I got a funny look from the person outside, taking the order and re-stated I wanted the “vegetarian sandwich”Drove home and was excited to see if this was as good as everybody said. I unwrapped my sandwich and found after I took a bite, it was real chicken! How incredibly disappointing. The ordering process was very slow and tedious. I think it was so slow because she didn’t understand what I was ordering. I said several times I wanted the “vegetarian sandwich.” I didn’t know if it was “Impossible” or some other alternative chicken product. I gave her a list of the toppings I wanted. I ended up getting a chicken sandwich with nothing on it and a small package of Chick-fil-A sauce in the bag. A complete screwup. Threw it in the garbage and made a decision never to go back. I did call the store and was rudely requested to bring the sandwich back and we will exchange the sandwich. I said I’m probably not going to be back for several weeks. If I do come back, how should I save the sandwich for you when I bring it back? I couldn’t stop laughing!!! What a stupid request by an untrained staff member. *Dear operator Caleb G. Lee. Please train your people better. I just moved here from out of state and gave you an opportunity for a new customer. Your staff blew it for you. Staff training is your responsibility. If you’re going to hire young people with a little to no experience, teach them how to handle customer issues. I was very polite until I started laughing. I couldn’t control myself when I got such a silly request from the young man answering the phone. Shame on me for losing control and laughing at the young man, shame on you for not training your people properly. All done now – rant over – customer...
Read moreI came to this location today to pickup an online order that was placed the day before. I walked in and there were two sheriff officers being helped by a woman at the pickup counter so I stood behind them to wait to get to the counter. As they left I walked up to the pickup counter to pickup my order at the time it said it would be ready at. The same woman who had been helping at the counter did not acknowledge me and walked passed me at least 10 times without saying anything to me. I stood at the counter for 15 minutes before anyone in the store said anything. I even had a door dasher come up behind me and they got their food order without saying anything to anyone. Now at that point I thought for sure someone would ask if I was picking up an order but no I was continued to be ignored. Another 5 minutes went by of me looking at workers doing nothing and the same woman walk passed me that was helping at the counter when I came in and walked up to it. Finally someone that was not working the counter came and asked if I was with door dash and I told them no I am not, but I am picking up an online order. The worker went into the back and no one knew what my order was so I gave them my confirmation email and they found the order in the system and gave me my food in 2 minutes after it had been sitting there the whole time. Oh and no one asked me if I needed any kind of sauce with my 3 bag large catering order. I had no one idea they did not already have it in the bag so we were given no sauce. I am appalled by the lack of customer service at this location and utter disregard for pleasing the customer. I will not be coming back to this...
Read moreUnique experience tonight as I decided to dine in for dinner after work and while I didn't have an issue with the food quality I had some deep concerns about how dirty and dysfunctional the dining room was as well as the men's room. As for the dining room, many tables were dirty as well as the seats and the floors were dirty as well which they needed a sweeping cuz there was just stuff scattered everywhere. I went there around 5:30 pm and to their credit they were busy, however, there was enough staff on that someone could pay attention to the dining area. Approximately couple minutes before 6:00 p.m. a young lady did come out and start cleaning the dining room however instead of working her way from the wiping the tables and then sweeping the floor she did it in reverse which kind of didn't make sense because customers were forced to sit at dirty tables. Went to the men's room at the end of wash my hands and the sink was dirty the bathroom floor was a mess as well as the men's room mirror was splattered with water stains throughout. For a second there I thought maybe it was at a local McDonald's because this is pretty much been my experience with McDonald's many of times. Not a Happy fan probably will revert back to going to either Eden prairie or Chanhassen location...
