Starbucks — Restaurant in Saint Louis Park

this is HANDS DOWN the best starbucks I’ve EVER HAD, I know I’m a difficult customer because I get “light ice” and everyone always messed up because it “changes the recipe” and they never make it right but Dina was the Barista who made my drink she made it quickly and right, I haven’t been to Starbucks in so long because of how many times they’d mess it up, I got sick of wasting money on horrible product, but I will be back thank you Dina for restoring my faith in Starbucks.. McKenzie waited on me in the Target St. Louis Park store and I needed help because I'm using a new phone and was trying to order things on the app a few times and it wasn't working out. She was quick to answer questions for me. And said that she could help me without having to use the app. She was so helpful and understanding of the fact that I was having trouble. She fulfilled my request and even brought my drink to me at the table as I was using a disability scooter and already sitting at the table. This girl is quite the employee, very knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful and really went above and beyond for me which I did not expect but truly appreciate. It's a shame that employees here are not allowed to accept tips because she deserved one!! Ridiculous...

This Starbucks is located inside the Target I used to frequent. It's always a very long wait and horrible service. The barista served the people behind me and gave them my drink, as I stood there waiting for it. I said something ("hey, I haven't gotten my drink and I think that was my drink") and she immediately had an attitude with me. She waved the man down and asked him to give me the drink. I said I didn't want it after someone else accepted it and walked away with it, which he did. She said, thanks to the man for being cool about it.. yea, thanks for taking my drink.
