I was in this location today and we ordered strawberry sorbet for my daughter, who has a number of allergies including dairy. The person at the counter was asked if this was dairy free because we have actually encountered ice cream shops who put milk in their sorbet. We were assured that it was dairy free. Once we got in the car and tasted the sorbet, I asked my daughter was it really sorbet, she said yes. We even stopped the car and went back to the shop to make sure. We were assured that it was indeed sorbet and that sherbert was made with milk not sorbet. We already know this but wanted to make sure that we had the correct one. We drove away and as my daughter starts to spoon the sorbet, she finds ice cream with nuts in her sorbet. I'm glad she didn't eat it as we would have been at the hospital. They cross contaminated the sorbet. They used the same scoop they had used for ice cream with nuts to scoop the sorbet. We did not order any ice cream with nuts so how did it get in my daughter's sorbet? ARE YOU TRYING TO KILL SOMEONE, because that is what could have happened if my child had eaten that sorbet. You need to train your personnel in the proper procedures for those with allergies. You should not be using the same scoop for dairy and non dairy. You should not be using the same water to dip your scoops in because this leads to cross contamination. The server was told about my daughter's dairy allergy so I would assume she either didn't care or had not been trained properly. Either way, my child could have died today because of this establishment. I will never recommend this establishment. I will tell everyone that I know to never go there. This was and is unacceptable! If I could give it a negative...

As a dairy-free person, I always look forward to the Paradise Sweets DF chocolate milkshake. Last night I eagerly purchased one - my mother chose a small scoop of pistachio.
We happily brought our ice creams across the street as the sun set. I put down my milkshake to take a selfie. Tragedy! The wind took my milkshake off the railing, and the cup smashed onto the walkway. Delicious DF ice cream and oat milk was now covering the pathway.
Dejectedly, I slumped back to the store, asking to borrow a pail so I could clean up my mess. Emma lent me the pail AND made me my milkshake over again!! I was able to clean up the mess and have my delicious treat after all.
Thank you Emma! I already loved Paradise Sweets but you have now bought my...
Read moreMy boyfriend and i went to get ice cream because it seemed like a cute shop. The workers seemed so angry at their job and were just messing around the entire time. We ordered and we were only handed one ice cream. We waited for about another 10 mins, until the people that ordered behind us even left before us. meanwhile they were a group of 4.. then one of the girls looked at us and said âdo you need anythingâ (with attitude) and we said we have another ice cream we already paid for. she bluntly said âwhatâ with such rude behavior and was laughing with her co-workers the entire time. They were even flicking each other off.. Not professional and just a weird experience just to get ice cream. Tasted good but not worth the...
