My family had a terrible experience at our go to Auntie Anne's today. We decided to go this weekend as we always do but this time for our daughters birthday. We started off not being able to use the birthday pretzel coupon that wasn't generating on the app which we moved past because obviously we promised our daughter her birthday pretzel. After ordering a regular pretzel because the bites weren't ready yet and the kids were excited, the kid rang up bites and not the regular pretzel we ordered. The manager Katherine came over to refund it and started yelling at us right away for not being able to produce the birthday coupon the app wasn't generating and then because we wanted a confirmation of refund on a receipt for what we ordered. Because we then asked for a confirmation of refund, she then denied us anything. She (Katherine) said we weren't getting anything now. I said "are you serious you're really going to deny my daughter a pretzel on her birthday? we came all the way out here just for her." She said "not my problem, you can leave. You're not getting anything here." We asked for the manager obviously and then she had stated she was the manager. While walking away, another man came up to us and said he was denied service as well and was yelled at by Katherine and went downstairs to Pretzel Maker instead. Well, we did too. And thankfully it was there because it saved the day and our kids were hysterical and upset by the way this woman behaved infront of them. (We felt very threatened) I'm pretty sure everyone in line was shocked and everyone around that gathered to watch her make a fool of herself. I want to add- WE NEVER RECIEVED THE REFUND. SHE WOULDN'T LET US PUT OUR CARD IN TO REFUND THE ORDER AND SO WE LEFT WITH NOTHING AND IT IS ON OUR BANK STATMENT. 12:25 PM TODAY. Honestly, this has been a weekend tradition for our family for 7 years now and we always enjoy going to get our weekend pretzel as a family. I definitely won't be going back there while Katherine is running it. We also don't have another location within our area so it is very unfortunate. I hope corporate is able to address this issue as I understand you are closed today. I would appreciate a follow-up on this. Thanks.

Read moreI recently visited Auntie Anne’s at Mid Rivers and had an outstanding experience, thanks in large part to one of their stellar employees, Benedict. From the moment I walked up, the warm and inviting aroma of freshly baked pretzels enveloped me, and I knew I was in for a treat.
The store was impeccably clean, and the display of pretzels was beautifully arranged. Benedict greeted me with a genuine smile and friendly demeanor, instantly making me feel welcome. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, and he took the time to explain the various options and make personalized recommendations based on my preferences.
I decided to try the classic pretzel and a refreshing lemonade. The pretzel was perfectly golden and crisp on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside – everything you would expect from Auntie Anne’s and more. The lemonade was the perfect balance of sweet and tangy, making for a delightful pairing.
What truly set this visit apart was Benedict’s exceptional customer service. He was attentive without being overbearing, ensuring that my order was perfect and checking in to see if I needed anything else. His professionalism and positive attitude made my experience not just good, but memorable.
In a world where customer service can sometimes feel impersonal, Benedict stands out as a shining example of what excellent service looks like. His dedication to his work and genuine care for customers is evident, and it truly enhances the overall experience at Auntie Anne’s.
I highly recommend visiting Auntie Anne’s at Mid Rivers and experiencing their delicious offerings and outstanding service for yourself. And if you’re lucky, Benedict will be there to make your visit even more special. Five stars...
Read moreThe pretzel bites had been sitting for awhile, no gloves used. The cashier was literally staring into his phone and hadn’t even noticed that my transaction had went through, or had even grabbed my cup of cheese until I asked for it and a bag. There was a lady standing on the outside on her phone taking a call (I’m assuming was a manager because she knew his name and wasn’t waiting for food) and made a comment about the cashier being on his phone, just to grab his attention, but it’s obvious this is a normal thing since they’re just on their phones. The employee sitting in the chair directly behind the register was also on his phone. Normally I would be cool with the fact of occasionally checking your phone, but so engrossed in your phone you’re not even paying attention to the customer in front of you is just bad customer service and not caring at all. Not to mention touching and holding your phone and then touching food with no gloves. Absolutely disgusting. This isn’t the first time this has happened and judging by the other reviews, there is a lack of care in their job and lack...
