Wendy's — Restaurant in Saint Robert

This was the Worst Wendys we have ever experienced. Ordered the Baconator and it had (1) Patty, (1) Slice of Cheese and (2) Strips of Bacon and was charged $8 and some change. Asked to see the Manager and showed her that, what was made was not a Baconator. The Manager looked at it and said that this is a Baconator and you have to be more specific and ask for two patties when ordering. First and foremost, the Customer who is placing their order shouldn’t have to be more specific with the product unless, there is an ingredient that the customer is allergic too. The Product, however, should have been made according to how it is advertised on the menu. The menu states that The Baconator has A half-pound* of fresh British beef, American cheese, 6 pieces of crispy Applewood smoked bacon, Heinz ketchup, and Heinz mayo. What was made was a plain bacon cheeseburger. I asked and received a refund from the Manager but she was very rude and raised her voice out loud about it while there were people in the lobby. The Manager was very unprofessional of how she handled the situation in a rude manner and of how she is running the business of selling products that are not made according to what is advertised on the menu. A lot of the Military and Local families after a long day either don’t feel like cooking, or just want to have a family day and take the kids out, and like us Veterans, we like to support businesses in the community. However, this has changed our whole perspective of never ordering fast food...

So I just encountered a very immature triggered, so-called manager. I went to the store to get two burgers and use my promotion points on my app and I made it very clear that I was using the points on my app for the burgers and I’m just not gonna pay for them and I let the girl know that, and she scanned my app two times for both of the rewards And I was charged on it and I even verified with them. The manager then refused to give me both burgers, she also refused to give me the name of the actual store manager, and me sitting in the car with our three kids, telling her to give us the other burger and showing and verifying with her we were charge for it, she refused to do so, and then threatened to call the police. I will tomorrow be getting a hold of the actual store district manager, and getting this resolved and compensated for the disrespect and terrible customer service. I highly recommend anyone going here until they replace that manager and those other female employees that thought it was so funny to treat customers the way they did, especially when I was very respectful and only asked...

Do yourself a favor and never order from here, literally ever. You might as well go to McDonald's and expect a fine dining experience. You will order one thing, and you will not get that, you will get exactly what you didn't order. I have given this place a multitude of chances. The last straw was when I ordered a son of a baconator with the baconator fries, two 10 piece nugget combo meals one with a medium fry and one with a small fry. The drinks were two chocolate milks and a sprite. The ONLY thing right was the med and small fries, the chocolate milks and the sprite. I got 4 burgers, and two 4 piece spicy nuggets. The two 10 piece nuggets were for my kids who don't like spicy and couldn't eat them. I ordered the son of a baconator with no mayo which was nowhere to be found and my baconator fries were nowhere to be found either. I even contacted corporate with pictures and a receipt and there are just crickets. Don't order from this place. I hope they find new owners that turn this place around as I do actually like Wendy's, but whoever is running this place...
