What a gem! Was looking for a nice evening out by our hotel and could not have been more pleased! A convenient location with ample parking but we opted to take a taxi so we could enjoy ourselves. The wine selection was fantastic and well-priced, especially for being on an island! Was not expecting that! Then there was the food... yum! We did the B.Y.O.B. "build your own board", because ever good meal includes meat and CHEESE! Then we shared the pork belly, escargot, and Berkshire pork. Again, so nice to see quality ingredients offered at affordable prices. When you eat out for every meal on vacation, it was refreshing to have a nice meal without breaking the bank. Went to Bibi tonight with friends, can’t say enough about the range of food and wine choices. We were fortunate to have shared almost all the appetizers with friends and even the ones I normally wouldn’t have ordered I had a taste of and none of them disappointed. The owners are obviously very involved and very attentive. The atmosphere is top notch and every attention to detail was considered. This newly opened Bistro in Havensight St Thomas, Charlotte Amalie is a cozy space for a special night out. Their wine list is extensive. The food is superb and the service from Brenda is commensurate with the entire dining experience. The small plates menu presents a variety of dishes, and the cheese choices are very tasty.
