Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Salem

Sat at the bar and took about 5-10mimutes until someone noticed us. It was hard to tell if there was a designated bartender or if the waiter was doing both bartending and serving tables. Me and my guest ordered the 2 for $25 meals with the app being chips and salsa. After about 10min go by I asked a female waitress if we could get our chips and salsa. Hey the time it was brought out, our meals had already arrived. I'd like to also not that the entire time we were at the bar, there weren't more than 6ppl including us sitting there. The restaurant was not busy for a Friday night.

As we ate our meal, we noticed a handful of groups standing at the front door waiting to be seated. They waited several minutes before anyone approached them to seat them. I had no clue where the hostess was. We even saw the manager take a glance at one of the groups waiting to be seated and he walked away.

I ended up approaching the manager after we waited 5-10min to pay for the food. I brought up how it's almost like they don't have a bartender and he asked if they were just out of my site. I then pointed to his empty bar with no employees working it. He asked if I paid for my meal and I said no. He said let me take care of it. By taking care of it, the manager took $10 off the bill. It was a horrible gesture of customer service. I've never experienced anything like this night at Chili's and the manager chose to fix it by throwing $10 our way. ...

Went there with my family to have lunch/dinner server was new ( no clue on what he was doing) I dont blame him his new guy needs a job (very nice by the way. At the entrance the person who received us told us to wait 15 mins to be seated while there was empty spots and not other person waiting. I saw another area where almost every table was empty and asked her if u could just seat in one of those (she said that area was self seated I went to seat there and it was disgusting super dirty.. I saw another table at another area it was empty so we decided to seat there girls who asked me to wait the 15 minutes came to bring the menus and put it on the table in rough way and told me that next time I just need to wait because that was not a self seating area. I was embarrassed because other people were looking at us while she told me that with a bad attitude. Not only that but when salad arrived my fork still had dried lettuce (not clean I asked to have another set to eat) i called the manager and told the whole story from moment we came in until we started eating ( nothing was done) my kids wanted dessert I was already uncomfortable there it took 10 minutes and still no desert we paid and left.. please dont go there unless it's free ( which...

Worst chilis I have ever been too! If you want your personal belongings stolen from staff then this is the place to go! Me and my fiancé accidentally left our expensive sunglasses on the table ! Things happen right . So we call to see if they are there most likely they will be, seeing as the only people who clear those tables are thebwitress that serves you right? Maybe a bus boy if that. Anyways we call lol the management for them to state they are not there. That there is nothing they can do cause there are no cameras. When asked to speak to the waitress who served us we were told “oh she isn’t here she left for vacation to s.c today. Interesting so the only person who found those glasses took off next day on vacation? And your not going to even try to help us at all! Good to know there are not decent humans in this world anymore smh by the way the way food was absolutely horrible and we still tip her very well cause we know it wasn’t her fault .
