This review is for a HORRIBLE & RACIALLY MOTIVATED event that happened to my sister. She visited this location & placed her order for some food. When she paid, she let them know they can keep the change as a tip, to which the employee gave a rude & annoyed look towards my sister who was only trying to be generous. Then, after she left she realized the employees did not include the 2 sandwiches she had ordered and paid for, so she went back to the Dunkin to see if they had it. When she came back into the store, my sister tried to get help but the workers ignored her. A gentleman (white male) near her saw she was trying to get help, so he spoke up to the employees to let them know my sister needed assistance. The manager then comes over and asks what is wrong, to which my sister explained she was missing 2 sandwiches from her order. The manager then strangely whispers with her employee then proceeds to rudely ask my sister if she has a receipt. My sister replied that she did not have one as the employee never gave her one. The manager again with an unacceptable attitude retorts back that she needs a receipt, and next time she needs to have one. This I think is strange - essentially she is admitting they will mess up orders in the future & its my sister’s responsibility to seemingly request a receipt when the employee fails to do their job. The manager & employee after this back & forth where they kept requesting a receipt they never gave eventually went to print the receipt on their end. Although in the end the staff eventually provided the food my sister had paid for, it was a traumatizing experience having been so wrongly & rudely treated while seeing white customers be treated in a much more attentive & friendly manner. This is unacceptable & this store has lost her future business. But more than that I demand a response by Dunkin on this matter. There should be no room for discrimination in any Dunkin experience, and the lack of customer service by the staff shows just how much work needs to be done to hopefully avoid other incidents towards customers such as this. I look forward to...
Read moreI love dunks... But. The salem location ( the second from the train station ) has this one employee who cant make coffee to save her life . i used to work for dunks and its so cut and dry that anybody with eyes can do it . worse off she is a manager i think. If not then its even worse. The other day i went in and there was this clearly new girl trying her hardest and this ignorant woman who couldnt be bothered to listen to my order in the first place started giving this poor lady grief. I had to loudly and verbally let her know that shes ddoing a great job and not to let the woman who messes up my coffee EVERY time talk down to her.. Seriously she needs to be fired.. Terrible customer service skills , incapability to do the tasks management expects performed...otherwise i love the staff and the coffee....dunks as a whole is my favorite beverage...
Read moreExperience 1. Walking to the register, I hear four employees discussing how much they despise speaking English to customers, in English ironically enough. Some what confused I ordered. Experience 2. I order a coffee. What I saw was again confusing to me. After pouring the coffee she ducked down below the machine and then stood up with a smirk on her face. I can only speculate, but to say my opinion of what just happened, was that she spit in my coffee. Again it is a confusing Experience to go there, for me atleast, IF YOU ARE WHITE I would consider...
