Wendy's open wifi network is garbage and run by a bunch of privacy violators who remotely haze you ...nationwide.

Store A....blocked open wifi except right at the cash register, not one step to the left or right

Store B....looped their app on purpose to never allow coupons to load or be ordered

Store C...this location...blocks outgoing phone calls for help on my phone with VOIP.

Wendy's HQ...advertised "March Madness NcAA bbal" deal with Wendy's single for $1 and Wendy's double for $2 but only in the app. Then the app only allowed one time order versus what was advertised which is the deal once daily throughout the tourney.

They just updated and ended this hazing to me 2 days ago.

Peopel who do remote hazing and violate their IT privileges are cyberterrorsits and will be dealt in new Presidential regime.

The food and value of the food at Wendy's has returned back to historic.

They took my consulting advice and worked hard to make food fresh, they have lots of space options for free in app, cheap eats and promotions, and...most importantly they greatly reduced the grease factor on their "fresh, never frozen" burgers.

I am representing Wendy's as a strategic marketing and economic impact and loss analyzer arbitrator.

The finger in the chili HOAX was orchestrated by major competitior(s) around 1986ish.

Wendy's took the high road and was unable to identify cause and reality.

It is another HBS classic case study.

I evaluated economic impact and did additional research on it as a A.S. (Authoritarian Science, level degree) in Strategic Marketing and a E.S. (Expert Science,level degree) in World Economics.

It impacted Wendy's reputation and sales unfairly for over 30 years and is only now in the post? / continuing ? COVID Plandemic malaise.

I award Wendy's 10% of both MCD and BK real estate assets to convert to new sister stores, so the housing does not require changing to match a Wendy's exo-architecture design versus a BK and MCD design

This as a strategic marketer hat on will make a linkage to the saga and be a reminder that bad things done eventually have consequences if y I u don't reconcile with those you harmed.

I am going to be made whole by all parties and people who harmed me,and who have not apologized for harm I incurred as CIA world economic watchdog and CIA Technology and industry silo interface expert peacekeeper extraordinaire role which I am transitioning away from.

Wendy's used to be my favorite fast food restaurant. Since COVID, it's been all downhill in our area. The Daleville location started using some kind of concentrated tea, and it's awful, absolutely disgusting! Salem's Lee High location can never get your order correct. Something is always missing. And west Salem's location is the worst. Today's incident sealed it for me. I had a simple app order they couldn't get right. The young lady at the window only spoke Spanish, so not a good start as I'm not fluent. I had 2 drinks - 1 md gingerale zero with cherry and 1 md minutemaid lemonade zero. She handed me what I think was a Coke - dark colored drink. I said that's not mine, so she got another cup and handed me another dark colored drink. I tried to explain my order, but all she kept saying was "Si". She finally spoke to another worker who came over and looked at the order and gave me a lg tea, again, not what I ordered. I tried explaining what I ordered to her, but she didn't even try to understand. However, she did go get another person who spoke English. Thinking I finally going to get somewhere I explain to him my drink order. He says, "OK, they almost had it right." I'm thinking it wasn't even close. He proceeds to give me a lg gingerale, no cherry, and lg orange colored drink. By this point, I'm fed up and just take them. I'm not sure the gingerale was a zero but I drank part of it anyway as I was thirsty. The orange colored drink definitely wasn't a zero and was really disgusting. We ended up dumping them both out, and I just made lemonade when I got home. We had also ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget, and they have shrunk to half their original size, and the cheseburger that we asked for extra pickles on had exactly 1 pickle on it. So, I'm done Wendy's, you're no longer on the list of restaurants...

I ordered a mobile order through the Wendy’s app yesterday around lunch time 20 minutes before I would be getting there to pick it up. When I got there, the cashier up front in the lobby said he couldn’t find my order in his system. I asked for a manager and a woman named Katrina told me they couldn’t find the order in the system so therefore there was nothing they could do. I then tried to show her my order number, my order and where I paid for it via the Wendy’s app and my bank acct and she wouldn’t even look at it. I then asked her if she could make the food at least and she said no. So now I have reached out to corporate, and they put in a request for the franchise of this Wendy’s to call me so I can get a refund on my order because I didn’t get the food I paid for. When I called corporate, they found my order via my email and name, and order number. I still haven’t heard from any one or gotten my money back, so I will never be using the Wendy’s app again and will take further measures to get my money back if I don’t hear from corporate soon. This is the worst experience and customer service I have ever dealt with at any restaurant and Katrina was extremely hateful and didn’t seem to care about the...
