Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Saline

We just placed an order online and picked up our pizzas and brought it home. We ordered a Brooklyn style pizza with pepperoni on extra regular cheese, and a handmade pan pizza with chicken and green olives. We’ve ordered from them plenty of times without any issues, but I wish you luck if you ever encounter an issue. In this case the pepperoni pizza smelled bad, had a pool of grease in the middle and tasted terrible. We called to see if we could get it remade because it was bad enough to where we couldn’t eat it. The answer we got from Caden and his “supervisor” was “no we can’t remake it” and “I watched him make it, we make our pizzas the same every time” and best for last “your only option is to speak to the GM TOMORROW”. We asked if we could have a refund for just that pizza and they said no! They made absolutely no effort to improve our experience or work to provide good customer service. Speaking to the GM tomorrow doesn’t solve the issue of half of our dinner being trash today. Again, we haven’t had a bad experience with the food up until this point, and I’m very surprised and disappointed by the lack of customer service that we experienced today. Needless to say, based on the lack of care for the customer experience, we will not be coming back. Not sure how you manage to completely screw up the most basic pizza on the planet, but Caden and the crew at Dominos on Michigan Ave in Saline made that possible...

We used to love coming here, they had the best cheesesteak pizza, and the two older gentleman that were usually working always made the food to perfection. However, my last visit here did not go so well, I was waiting on my order when I saw a young gentleman pull in in his personal vehicle, and start on stacking piles of uncovered dough from his backseat onto the ground. They were in crates, but they were not covered up, then I watched him stack them onto the gravel area of the parking lot and then stack them on top of each other, When my husband went in, and mentioned it to the store manager, they stated that that dough was not being used for our order. I will not return. If you must transport the dough in someone’s personal vehicle, whether they have had dogs in the car, or there a smoker, or just unsanitary, the least you could do is have it covered up, but then to stack it onto the ground, and then on top of each other was just icing on the cake. Advertised everywhere 20% off any online order! Make a $45 online order only to be told at the time of pickup that it doesn’t look like it was applied, sorry. Asked if he could cancel and redo- after chucking he replied ONLINE only, I asked about a coupon for a future purchase etc. laughed and said nope NOTHING I CAN DO. Now I know why I haven’t been to the Saline Domino’s in years, customer service is nonexistent and falsely advertising a discount that “doesn’t look like it was applied is not right, may only be 8 or 9 bucks but don’t promise something you won’t deliver on! Next time I’ll opt for delivery and Hungry Howies in Milan will bring it to me for a whole lot less than I paid to have to go pick up. Last pizza...
