They are very rude and unprofessional. I went through the drive through to get my son something to eat and while I was waiting for my food I was FaceTiming my nephew and was holding my phone up, all of a sudden one of the employees with red hair came to the window and rudely asked if I was taking pictures of her. I told her no and she slammed the window in my face. So when another employee brought me my food I asked to speak to a manager and asked him why she would do that, it was not her business what I was doing with my phone. He proceeds to tell me that I shouldn’t have been taking pictures or video. I told him I wasn’t taking pictures or any videos that I was on the phone and asked if I need permission from them to do that on my own phone. As he tried to give me my food i said I want new food and that I don’t want her to touch it because she might have done some to it. Then the so called manager slammed the windows in my face and threw the bag of food on the counter and proceeded to say something that I couldn’t hear. And then the red haired girl looked around the corner and picked up the bag and threw it on the floor in my direction. Another man Walking in from outside smoking, I assume asked what was going on and then walked up to the window and asked me what was going on. Read moreI NEVER have good experiences here...EVER. This review goes toward the city of Belleville McDonald’s, Rawsonville Road in Belleville, Ypsilanti on Whittaker road, and ESPECIALLY Saline! It takes 30 minutes to get a coffee and hash brown ANYTIME I go. They are very short and snippy and then get an attitude when I ask them why I’m still standing here after 30 minutes for a COFFEE!! They have on several occasions made me late to work and I give myself plenty of time. I get to McDonald’s at 8:15 and I work a mile down the road and I don’t get there until 9:10 (9:00 is my start time) most days because it takes 30 minutes to 50 minutes to get my coffee while employees stand there and look at you, or talk to their coworkers not taking orders. They literally JUST stare at you! I get they don’t want to be there, BUT your providing a service for others, it’s not hard to do your job, trust me, I’ve done it at other fast food restaurants. People are rude and I get that, but don’t take it out on ME when all I want is my coffee in a timely manner. Not freaking 45 minutes later when there is NO other customers. When their is customers it takes OVER an hour for a coffee. Customer service needs a new strategy and you all need to figure it out. Your losing tons of customers. Read moreWow! I’m so impressed by this McDonald’s. It felt like I was in a restaurant rather than a fast food place. This was the nicest staff. The team lead could be heard communicating efficiently & supportively. She was uplifting her team and letting them know they were on top of everything - I’ve never experienced this at a McDonalds ever. I didn’t even finish filling my 2 ordered drinks before the kindest employee approached me with my order! The speed!! She allowed me to finish, took my drinks off my hands & followed me to the large children’s play area. She also had a tray of items items: including salt, pepper, sugar, ketchup & other items. That was so thoughtful & felt so comforting as if we were in a restaurant and being waiting on. She had a joyful smile on her face as she helped get me settled in with my food. I’m so impressed. This was a totally positive experience which is so rare these days at fast food places. Please praise your team here, they value themselves which then has a ripple effect on the customer.
