Received our appetizers and waitress (that was not our own) forgot to bring ranch and blue cheese. We asked her for it and she said sure but never came back. She had walked past up multiple times so we asked her again, she acted irritated like we were bothering her. Again, she never came back with our requested items. Instead we saw her up at the register, leaned over, talking with other employees and still walked past us many times. We then were able to grab our waitress and finally ask for our blue cheese and ranch which she did bring pretty quickly but at that time we also notice that we were only given one plate for our boneless wings and that the plate was dirty! We had to get the wings remade and our main dishes came before our appetizer. We asked for a manager who apologized and said he would take a little off the bill but he tried to play us and only took 4 dollars off. We brought it to his attention and he did drop the bill lower but overall, experience at this location sucked. I didn’t even feel completely comfortable sitting at the table because it wasn’t completely clean! FYI, waitress that brought our appetizer and decided she would ignore bringing our ranch and blue cheese, her name was Ashley! As we were leaving, one of her own tables was complaining about her service and asked for a...
Read moreI normally don’t leave reviews, but today I’m beyond pissed off about my recent order from Applebee’s. I cannot believe a restaurant would even think it’s acceptable to serve food looking like this!
First off, the wings were absolutely unacceptable. Where was the sauce?! They were dry, barely coated, and definitely NOT hot, even though I had to wait for them to be brought out. If I’m waiting, I expect fresh, hot food — not something that feels like it’s been sitting under a heat lamp for who knows how long. You would never serve food like this inside the restaurant, so why would you think it’s okay to hand it out for car side to go orders? Completely unprofessional and disrespectful to customers.
Then there’s the so-called dessert. The ice cream that came with the blondie was just sad. It looked like someone scraped the bottom of an almost-empty container and threw it into a cup, thinking nobody would notice. Again — extremely lazy and shows zero pride in what you’re serving.
After a long day at work, all I wanted was a decent meal so I could eat and relax. Instead, I ended up frustrated, disappointed, and honestly feeling like I completely wasted my money. Applebee’s needs to do WAY better. This experience was embarrassing, lazy, and nowhere near the standard a paying customer...
Read moreThis restaurant is like a second home for many people in the community. A real hometown neighborhood grill. It has a low key, mellow atmosphere and is always busy around lunch and dinner times. They have good food specials that attract families with lots of kids, single diners, and many couples. They have the 2 for $20 deals where you can get an appetizer to share and two entrees. Or each person can get a salad and an entree. They have a nice selection and thankfully always keep our favorite foods on that menu which is why we always go there. You can always upgrade to a bigger portion or a different entree for a couple dollars more, which we always seem to do. They honor food requests pretty well, such as asking for no cheese or not too much salt or no butter on some items. Sometimes they forget but they do fix it immediately when you point it out..lol... Overall the food is always good there. They just added a new 3 for $30 for two people. You can get two salads, an appetizer per person and an entree, which is $15 per person for dinner. Good deal if you are really hungry. 😋 So, if you are too tired to cook after work, this is the place to take the family for a yummy meal that won't break your budget and if you are just passing through our town, stop in and try it, you...
