Michaels — Local services in Salisbury

First time in & had a return after due to measuring the issue for frames needed. The original visit was ok (no balloon parade), but the return was absolutely unique & not in a good way. Stayed in line over 30minutes & was then sent to the framing dept & they were lost, but (that going man helped get the correct sized frames) & then waited another 15 mins while the line continued to grow with one register then two that went extra slow. Finally get a person for customer service number & they took me to a register but openly state "let me see if I can remember how they said so this" wthallelujah- I'll be Makin sure not overcharged with return & purchase. Expensive but bigger selection. Thanks to Zana and Antoine for helping in store and finding what I needed for my project! I was frustrated with the wheelchair in the store. It has a basket on the front which is nice, but if you want to get up out of the wheelchair your items in the basket will fall out... I was hoping to get some ideas from the team members about what paints to use on my orthopaedic walking boot but I had to kind of wing it on my own. But I did get lots of help finding the location of items in the store. I received good customer service in general. A couple of team members kind of just pointed and were a little dismissive. I do like Michael's. They have everything I am looking for, the people who work there are super-helpful and very nice. I went to Hobby Lobby once before the whole birth control controversy and could not get anyone to help me. I walked up to two saleswomen chatting, asked if they had whatever I was looking for, and one gestured vaguely, "It's over there."
