Mattress Firm Salisbury — Hotel in Salisbury

The only reason this review does not have 5 stars is because Salisbury is not Roc's usual store. Roc Herman was the perfect mattress salesperson for me. On loan from Fenwick Island, I was delighted to meet someone with whom I could have a conversation. I had been shopping for mattresses for 3 months (up until yesterday) and had done a lot of research and in-store testing. Roc respected this knowledge and did not try to reiterate what I already knew. Instead, he added in his own specialty knowledge along with some personal experience that was applicable to my situation. In essence, he had excellent communication skills, a thorough knowledge of mattresses, an understanding of when to just chat, and when/how much to be a salesperson. Thank you, Roc. Additional notes, I got the mattress I wanted at a price in my budget due to the sale on 3/7/21 (I do not recall the promotional name) and I could have gotten a moveable frame (heads up feature only) for free (plus $30 in home set up fee) if I had chosen to. There is a generous sleep 120 day sleep trail and a mattress exchange option as well as a money refund option if I do not like my new mattress (both options have small fees...

Aimee did a great job! she showed us all avaliable options. decided on serta split king. delivery was on time and acutally came earlier in the window than expected. John is also very knowledgable as well. my simmons beautyrest from 2014 was showing it's age and ive always wanted adjustable base. my girlfriend and myself are looking forward to better sleep. thanks aimee and john! they will find you lots of discounts too. when you get into adjustable bases/higher end mattresses, be aware it can get pricey. but comfort is well worth the investment. if you want a cheap 500 or 600 mattress...just look online. but you can't beat the comfort of the well known mattress brands. update 6/26/24** right after delivery, one of my adjustable bases failed from a defect. i contacted the store, explained the situation and new one was delivered. no questions asked and no extra delivery charges. it's really good to see a retailer do this without any back and forth....

Regina waa my salesperson. She immediately greeted me. She listened to my needs. She showed me several options to consider that would suit my needs. She allowed me to take my time to relax on the mattress so that I could make a good selection. Once doing so she gave me a price and what that included. We proceeded to write the sale and had me apply for credit. That was quite simple and fast. She set a delivery date that was suitable for me. Indicating they would call me the night before with an estimated time and would follow up the day of the scheduled delivery providing a closer window. She reviewed the paperwork and I signed to seal the sale. She provided me her information long with my copies. She walked me to the door and thanked me for shopping with Mattress Firm.
