The manager Tara H. Was unbelievably rude and snotty…. I went through this very nice lady’s line and by accident she did not scan one of my certificates and I didn’t realize until after we paid. I went back to her and mentioned it and she immediately apologized and called her manager over to fix it. Well here comes snotty Tara H. She proceeds to say to me “can’t you just save it and use it later”…. In a very rude way I said well. Cant you just refund some of my items and then re ring then to use the certificate she says to me. With the most condescending voice well then I’ll have to refund every single item. Mind you had she said that in a more pleasant way it would had been different but she didn’t want to do it period so I snatched my receipt and left. Planning on calling corporate as well her tone was completely...

My rating is based on an experience with an employee. I used a gift card and I wasn’t sure what my balance was, but it covered my bill completely and she placed the gift card into her cash drawer. I asked if any money was left and she said, “no.” I was confused but walked away and checked my receipt. My balanced showed $29 remaining. I came back and asked for her to give my gift card back. She took it from the drawer and said “sorry about that.” Another cashier took my sister’s gift card and placed it in her drawer without asking if my sister wanted to keep it. What was done to me was on purpose and not a mistake. I’m thankful I found my balance before...

so i was in here today grabbing a few things and i got up to the register and it was 5:13 and a lady walked in ( an employee ) and the manager i assume literally yelled at her stating that she was late then the whole line of register associates started telling her that she was supposed to be there at 5 but my thing is i come from management. i wouldn’t have ever yelled at an employee in front of a whole store full of customers. that was so unprofessional i felt so bad for this employee. reprimand in private not front and center in front of absolutely everyone. then the manager proceeded to talk bad about her to an employee on the ear piece.
