I don’t leave reviews EVER, but I really felt like this girl deserves the recognition. I was super frustrated tonight because I received the wrong DoorDash order. I called and spoke with Oceana and can’t say enough about how she handled the entire situation. I’m sure I sounded really upset and irritated but she was so understanding, she apologized, stayed professional and took accountability right away. I know stuff happens especially when it’s busy but how it’s handled is really where it matters most. Even with having to drive out to pick up my order when I originally DoorDashed to avoid doing so, the way she handled it made it so i wasn’t upset about it. She personally remade what I ordered and made sure it was 100% correct. Even waited to start making the food until I was a few minutes out so it wouldn’t be cold. Between her positive attitude, her communication, the fact she took accountability (for something that very well could not even have been her fault), made sure that I was satisfied and happy- she truly is an exemplary model of how others should be when working in customer service. She is the best example of someone that always gives their best and works hard no matter the situation. I didn’t even mention that her shift was about to end; she could have easily passed it on to someone else to take care of but she made it a point to personally take care of us. I am truly thankful there are people that still have a good work ethic and genuinely care about people and their over all experiences. She is a pleasant reminder of that....

I picked up my family's orders tonight, so I had to go get my phone and prove they were all mine since there were about 7 bags, but not being a delivery service, how would I know the full names of each if they weren't mine.....
That part doesn't matter. What matters is The orders were scheduled for pickup at 8:15 but they were ready around 8:00 so they were squishy, cold and gross by the time we got home. Also being so many, we didn't get a bag with the burritos at all but didn't notice till home ... The cantina one, which I will upload a photo of, was sitting for so long that the hard shell fell apart in the middle. We also requested no tomatoes because most of us have a tomato allergy and almost every single chalupa had one tomato on it. Just one. So those all had to go in the trash. Granted I know that we got to use that $1 deal but still.... It's still money that we made to buy food with and drove 15 minutes to pick up.... I plan on contacting corporate tomorrow and having them look into this store.
Also, I could tell who the manager was and he pretty much lets the employees walk all over him and do what they want since he wouldn't even make eye contact with me when I was obviously irritated about the way I was being treated to get them, having to literally read off the numbers of each order.
My sister's already throwing up so more than likely we're all going to have food poisoning from it as well. So...
Read moreSo I went to the toco bell on 602 Innes St In Salisbury, North Carolina first off I did a mobile order and it was raining bad so I was going to run inside to pick up my order for one to get enough sauce and for 2 so they wouldn’t have to come outside In the rain but when I got to the door it was locked with a sign on the door saying “ Lobby is closed due to flooding “ I laughed so hard at this because they are literally up on a hill and they literally had no flooding anywhere around the building! So I pulled around to the drive threw, when she came on the speaker we told her we was there for a mobile order she then raised her voice and asked our name then said to drive up, when we got to the window the 2 girls working were so rude I even went out of my way to smile at both of them, I said hello, and thank you have a good day and yet neither one said anything back not thank you, not have a good day, not kiss my butt nothing! They were very very very rude! I will not be going back there and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there just to be treated so rude! If people can’t handle or don’t want to work with the public then don’t but it’s not the public’s fault you are working where you work should have maybe made different choices and it’s not our fault your having a bad day everyone has bad days but that doesn’t mean you get to bed rude to people...
