Wow, this place has gone DOOOOOOWN HILL! I haven't been to Sweet Frog's, in over a year. And I haven't missed anything, it seems. My mom and I decided to take my 7 year old niece for a special treat. When we walked in, there was no associate in sight. The machines were dirty and some of the overflow trays desperately needed to be emptied. We got our bowls and tried to get our yogurt. At least 2 flavors were labeled wrong and the chocolate yogurt was liquid. We got our yogurt and toppings and proceeded to pay.Finally, an associate SLOWLY,walks out of the back room. i asked her about the issues. She just shrugged her shoulders. After about 30 seconds, she says "I don't know.i just got here ". And then, she walked back into the back room, again, without even bothering to check on anything. I have been to this location several times and it always seems like half of the options are out of order. Went for mothers day and most flavors were not working then not lids for LG cups, no small bowls, and only flat lids for medium. Tables were all dirty and trash cans were over flowing. Owners should take a look around before their business starts to fall off. Flavors that were operational were good. Got a reply back of course excuse was supply chain issues but nothing about the dirty tables or over flowing trashcans. Oh wait thats short staffed right? Good service has nothing to do with supply issues but yet that seems to have gotten lost on a lot of places now. The yogurt is always great.. my problem is this: if you send me a text message saying I have a discount waiting for me the next time I come in.. and when I come in the next time I decide not to use it and save it for later since it wasn't supposed to expire. Go in today.. guess what? You got it. Unexpiring Coupon expired. They jump up in price every month it seems.. last time I went it was 40 something cent on the oz, now it's like 56.
