I ordered an orange cream shake from this location. The shake wasn't even frozen and it tasted bad, sour, like the product went bad or they hadn't cleaned out the machine or something. I called to notify them about the situation and was instructed to call back & speak to the manager, not given a time that the manager would be in. I got a hold of someone 40 hours later. Not even an apology for the inconvenience. Made me sick! The shake and the way in which it was handled. I eat from Arby's a couple times a week and I get a shake almost every time. I've never had anything I felt I needed to complain about but the time I did I'm appalled I was asked when I came in and my first name and that was it. No apology, no offer to make anything right, no concern about my health. You're serving me things that go into my body. You can make people sick and even die and when someone reports that something's not right you brush it off without any concern at all....

Especially when you were the only car in the parking lot and there was nobody else. But alas that was not it. My order was pretty simple. I ordered three sandwiches and four sides. I got two of those sandwiches. Arby's is not the cheapest place. And I made it all the way back to work so I guess it's my fault for not checking that the quarter I ordered was 100% correct. Read moreSo the food was actually pretty good, it was a custom order and it was made correct. We did make the order online so there's always that worry. The reason I'm giving the service a two is when my wife asked if there was Arby's sauce in there instead of just answering the question or checking she pointed to the monitor and said "two Arby's sauces" That's all nothing else. I wish you could trust that people did what was on the screen but how many times have we all gotten a burger that has the absolutely correct instructions on the ticket added to it but it's not made right It came off super rude and in personal and if I was her manager I would definitely talk to her about how to treat customers.
