Beans & Brews Coffee House — Restaurant in Salt Lake City

So I've been a customer for years grew up in the salt lake valley. We go in to order several coffes and some food for our company meeting that we decided to have at this location. The staff memeber was extremely rude and didnt seem to have any knowledge of the menu. I asked to order some food and she didnt seem to know what I was talking about when trying to place a food order. When my businesses parter came up to order a coffe he asked about the menu and she didnt seem to have any idea about the drinks that should be available. There for she was unable to give any suggestions or go over any of the items on the menu. Food or drink. Then when I tried to pay she flat out refused to make change for us and was extremely rude. She is the tall uneducated blond girl she sticks out because of how tall she is. Its amazing that over the course of my life in the city my father and I and our company have always been loyal customer's. And to be honest after this experience we will never be going back to this store location. Its sad that because of the rotten attitude of one staff member that is clearly a person who is unhappy with her self and her job that her representation of the company can eliminate so much business. Its people like her that cause smaller businesses to lose out on so much revenue during the years that its not funny. I work as a professional chef and I do catering for Hollywood and the utah film commission all over the vally and we bring a lot of business to your company and I've never treared any of our customers like this period. Man, I can’t tell you the last review I wrote. Their menu had a major portion listed as “currently unavailable” so I order some random drink and it just was not good. It was like a watered down coffee slush (supposed to be a vanilla frappe) so something must have gone wrong behind the scenes. That is the icy, whip creamed top sadness on the right. I paid $7 for that, first mistake. Then I saw a lady leave with what I normally get that was supposedly unavailable... Okay, I’m an adult, I ask if they do have those drinks, and the cashier, bless his Xanax and pot flooded heart, asked if I wanted one. Ah, thought you’d never ask. I get my drink, sip that divine frozen caramel cielo, nectar of the gods, and.... he says “uh sir that’ll be $7.xx, excuse me, what? $20 and a croissant that looked like it was under a mattress next to dirty money, it was a deflated Whoopie cushion of a sandwich.
