Decided to check this place out for lunch. The environment is very nice with fresh flowers on each table over a bright white tablecloth, complimented with relaxing music. The restaurant is clean and the staff is extremely respectful and polite. The food is made to order so it's hot and fresh right from the kitchen. The orange chicken was of high quality, very tender and perfectly crispy served with fresh onion and carrots that were also cooked perfectly. The white rice was nice and fluffy, not soggy or dry. They toasted the cashew nuts in their fried rice to add another subtle layer of flavor that my wife noticed and commented on how well the toasting augmented the fried rice. They used fresh pineapples which was also a plus. I can't wait to return for another adventurous excursion of flavors. We wanted to return the next day, but they were closed. LOL! Our waitress seemed like she was from Thai land. I loved her inherent bowing, an added seemingly authentic asian mannerism that translated well in...
