The taller guy with long blonde hair should be let go. I don't say this easily but the guy seems to hate his job. This is the third time I've been there and he's been rude all three times. I figured I'd leave a review at this point. My friend and I ordered a drink that included red wine, he said they were out because he didn't want to make it. When I asked if the box of wine right behind him was empty he had a piss poor attitude but admitted it wasn't empty when making the drink and shrugged off my friend claiming she didn't order a drink after he specifically asked what each of us wanted. This same guy refused to serve us shots at out previous visit and insulted us saying we dont know how to order a drink because we asked for ice in a drink that he prefers to not have ice in. My other friend also had food that was made incorrectly and his excuse was they're out of what he ordered. So instead of telling him, they served him the incorrect food after paying and didnt give a refund or offer to correct the mistake. Him and him alone makes us not want to visit again. The girl with the short blonde hair is amazing and made our night better with amazing service. Place does smell of BO unfortunately though. 2/5 stars sadly. Downtown location is...
Read moreFor a place called QUARTERS they sure don't accept change. I saved up my nickles and dimes (literally) for a fun night on my birthday. I had everything counted out at the bar, waited for all customers to grab a drink, and asked to exchange my money for dollar bills. The only thing the machines accept.
I was REFUSED multiple times. The bartender, with no customers waiting, did not allow me to give him $15 worth of dimes for dollar bills to exchange for quarters at he machine. Sure, $15 of dimes is 150 dimes. But I already counted and stacked them, count one stack and see all stacks are the same. Still, I was refused. Apparently not all tender is legal at this bar.
The bar tender told me to walk to Smith's, a machine that STEALS 13% of my currency. Thanks QUARTERS, I'll remember that only one coin is allowed at this bar.
If I ever come back, I'll use nothing...
Read moreIt was good at first. When we first went there we found out my fiance was banned due to a previous encounter we had last time with a long blonde haired guy.
My fiance commented on the music because every other word was bigger, so we asked if he could change the music.
He basically said no because he was working and that's what he wanted to listen to. Alot of people in the establishment were also complaining about the music and left.
Tonight he was there and my fiance apologized to him, but when we ordered drinks he told us to leave. He took away the drinks in such a manner it ruined my shirt and the end of the glass hit me in the face.
We will NOT be going back there. Tonight others observed this behavior and couldn't believe his behavior and they left as well. We will not give this place a good review. I do apologize, but this behavior is...
