Went in on 05/24/2023 at 2:28 pm. There was one girl with brown bangs and tattoos on her hands, long fake nails. Then a Chinese-looking man that seemed to be the shift leader and was leaving. Lastly a boy with a tattoo on his neck. When I was checking out, a worker named Kyle came in and took over for the Chinese shift leader. Okay now for the experience: I went in and no customers are in line or in the lobby, only me and three workers. I walk in and the girl greets me and says, “one second” while she puts on her gloves. Then her and the boy and shift leader are standing there talking. I finally say after about 5 minutes, “Can I get an Ultimate BMT.” And she gets snappy with me and says, “How can I help you” and I say “yeah,” and then once her brain registers what I had previously asked for, she asks what kind of bread. Then she proceeds to talk to her co-workers about how they “do the bread differently” then she goes and squishes my bread. I go into Subway like 3 times a week and never has anyone squished my bread so flat. Then she asks, “Do you want it toasted or not?” And it wasn’t the question that was bad, it was the rude tone of voice. She didn’t smile, she was just completely rude, she didn’t even put the topping on, someone else did. Then she charged me and I myself, had to ask for chips, she didn’t even try to upsell like anybody else that works there. She didn’t even say “have a good day,” or anything, she just started conversation when the new shift leader came in, Kyle. It was such bad service. Like I said, she was the only girl in the store that day. I get that people have bad days, but she seemed like the happiest person standing there talking to her co-workers and then looking at the only customer in the store and treating them awfully. It doesn't look like these reviews are even being looked at and used as a way to improve their store. I decided to give them a try and they are just as terrible as all the reviews are talking about.
Today is the 7th of July, 2023, and we made it into the store around 2pm. The first girl behind the counter was sharp toned with her voice and acted as if this job meant nothing to her and we inconvenienced her by arriving. The other was more quiet but definitely appeared to be feeling the same vibe as her coworker. They didn't ask us any questions other than "What do you want?" "What bread?" In a very annoyed way, then after the only two questions that they asked us, they continued to have a conversation with each other like we didn't exist until we asked if we could add something to the sandwich. They poured the sauce on like the place was a sauce shop and not a sandwich shop. 10 minutes after ordering and getting to a place to eat, our food was soggy and drenched in sauce we could hardly hold our sandwiches and they didn't really taste like they were...

Well apparently that doesnt apply at this store, or not to this stores manager, John. I ordered a $6.99 sandwich & when it came time to check out, I actually had to argue with this manager to accept my coupon. Seriously John?? Its $1!!!! As if thats not frustrating enough when your just tryna grab lunch on your lunch break. But when I asked for his name after he handed me my receipt, he proceeds to yell things at me the entire time im walking out. Big scene for the entire restaurant over a $1 coupon. Either way, extremely frustrating experience. Especially over a coupon. Got back to work & my sandwich was a hot mess all over the bag also, not even wrapped properly.
