I came in ready to buy a TV—excited, cash in hand. The staff at the front door were helpful in providing information, and I quickly made my decision. A team member retrieved the TV from the back and found me in the store to let me know it was ready. So far, so good. Then the experience took a nosedive. At checkout, the associate tried to upsell me on an extended warranty. I politely declined, saying, “It’s okay,” to which he smugly responded, “Famous last words.” That should’ve been my first red flag. Next, he instructed me to pull my truck to the front for loading. But as he wheeled the TV out, he suddenly realized it wouldn’t fit in my truck bed due to my cover. Instead of offering a solution—like delivery—his first reaction was, “Well, this TV has no warranty and no returns now.” Excuse me? So let me get this straight: You let me pay for a TV before informing me that it required a specific loading method, and when that method wasn’t possible, your immediate response was to strip me of any options or assistance? Only when I asked for a refund did he suddenly become interested in finding a workaround. This is unacceptable customer service. Instead of being proactive and helpful, this store made what should have been an easy purchase unnecessarily frustrating. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Same bullshit they tell u on social media they don't fix your problem 🤣🤣🤣, the guy saying we don't return damage item ( I already know that dude ) it was holidays Thanksgiving I was out when I went back to the store they say we can be sure it's damage that's my whole problem, all they had to do is look to all my previous purchases I never return things , i do only when they have a problem, anyway this location is a joke trust me people buy somewhere else or Amazon at the end they got a good customer service and a good policy for returning Horrible best buy store, don't go there , I did had purchase a phone I wanted to return it after week , the phone had domage on the back a small crack, they didn't want to take it back they said that I waited too long to bring it back but the thing is that it was during Thanksgiving so I was out of state but they don't care also I'm a good customer the same week that I got the phone I bought 2 k worth of stuff there sure anoughe they don't care , that's the last time I will buy at best buy again , all my next purchase will be from Amazon way better service

Well he was wrong cause I had to do what I pay for and they can’t figure it out. See I fixed it took less than 10 minutes I just didn’t want to since I pay for them to do it. Why do I pay them if they have limited knowledge. Plus after they reinstalled everything I was told I had to buy the Windows Pro key again , they don’t know crap about repair or programs since all I had to do is hit upgrade as key is stored in cloud & your pc in case you do fresh install and asked for key. Back to motherboard, turns out when they gave it back to me it ran fine but bit when I moved it , all it was the battery was loose. I push it in on desktop motherboard and ran fine why the hock do I pay $300 for repairs Proof below it runs again thank you for not even trying what kind of d of geek squad is this ? JUST TO MAKE MONEY GORGEOUS STORE SAY BUY NEW PC IS ONLY WHAT YOU CAN DO

NEVER BUY ONLINE! I bought a new tv on best buy online and from there on, it was a nightmare. First they couldn't deliver my tv because there was a tropical storm in Louisiana where the warehouse with the tv was. Totally understandable not to deliver because of the storm, but why try to get me a tv from a state away when they had the same tvs in San Antonio where I live... We made a plan to get my tv delivered the next weekend. Then, I got a call from the delivery person (not Best Buy) that they wouldn't be able to deliver my tv again and he didn't think they would be able to deliver my tv at all. Okay... I paid for it. Found out later that because of the tropical storm, there was some damage at the Louisiana warehouse and my tv probably got damaged, which is also understandable, but Best Buy never called me to tell me this. I was lucky that the delivery guy was being super nice and watching out for me because he couldn't deliver the tv the week before. I called Best buy and they canceled the order, but didn't tell me I could buy my tv again, tried to have me buy a cheaper model I didn't want. I didn't buy it, but the next day, I saw my tv still available to buy online. I called again and got some help with buying the tv, but since I bought it on a labor day sale, they wouldn't match the price. Round and Round with customer service on the phone and speaking to a manager netted me nothing but aggravation. So I went to the Best Buy on SE Military highway and spoke with Moses. He was awesome! He listened to my irritation over the issues trying to by my tv. He set me up to buy the same tv they had in stock and while he couldn't 100% match the original price, only corporate can do that, he got it as close as he could. He made sure I had the delivery date that I wanted and he really made up for the horrible experience I had so far with trying to buy online. Also, he's the one that told me that the reason I likely didn't get my tv to start with was because it was damaged in the tropical storm. If you want someone that is going to give it to you straight, be nice, funny and a stand up guy, ask for Moses. I'm so glad I went in the store and got to see him and it took a month, but I finally have...

Horrible customer service. Had a pair of earbuds that needed to be exchanged. I walked in and asked at the front what I needed to do to exchange them. She sent me to the Geek squad desk. I stood in line for roughly about 15-20mins just so that they could tell me I need to go to customer service. Customer service then told me I needed to get a replacement set and go back to customer service. I waited along with another customer for about another 20mins. I tried to ask an associate and he replied rudely that he was off the clock and to look for someone else. I found someone else and I was told I needed to put my name on the que with the person at the front of the store where I initially asked what needed to be done to exchange my earbuds. I told the person there that there was another person waiting ahead of me and she said no problem. We then waited about another 15-20mins before someone showed up. He asked for my name and I told him the other customer was ahead of me and he rudely replied that the customer needed to put his name on the que to be helped and that he could only do one transaction at a time. I told him to help the customer ahead of me first and he refused. He grabbed a set of earbuds and I told him they were the wrong ones and he grabbed another set and proceed to the check out. I told him it was a warranty exchange and he ignored me while ringing me up. I told him again and he rudely says that I need to go to customer service as he voided the transaction. He walked my product over to customer service and left it there while I again waited in line. Once the associate checked out my product, I asked why the price was soo high, come to find out, they were the wrong product. I was asked if I wanted to get the correct ones and I said there was no way I was going to waste anymore time at this store. I had been there for almost and hour and a half just for a simple warranty exchange. I went ahead and just took the earbuds and went the following day to the North Star store and was in and out in less than 15mins with the correct product. Absolutely the...

This Best Buy has the worst customer service of any best buy I have ever been to. It even has some of the worst customer service period. Workers just stand around ignoring customers. If you try to ask for help they tell you to sign into the queue. They then answer your question a minute after. That is such a waste of time and energy. Why should a customer sign into a queue if you are going to tend to them a minute later. It feels like a lot of the workers are just lazy. Not only that. The best buy member that helped us treated us with so much disrespect. He talked to us like we didn't know absolutely anything. I never imagined someone would talk down to me about a TV. That shouldn't happened period and much less at a best buy. Anyone who got service here felt like an inconvenience to the Best Buy employee. I did not feel valued at all. An older lady was trying to ask an employee a quick question and he shooed her away telling her to sign into the queue. This lady had a quick 1 minute question. She had to walk all the way to the front of the store to get signed in. Just for a person to answer her question a minute later. The employees here are so inconsiderate and you will feel like they won't give you the time of day. As an example, I also was looking at headphones and notice a discrepancy on the price. I had a quick question of which was correct. I asked a service member a few feet away from me for help. He looked at me exasperated and spent 2 minutes calling for someone to come help me. They then took 5 minutes to get to me. The answer to my question took 10 seconds. I can not begin to understand why this Best Buy operates the way it does. It is beyond bizarre. I would avoid this best buy at all costs. I have never felt so undervalued at a store....
