Arby's — Restaurant in San Antonio

I'm just going to be frank: This location is poorly managed. At the present time, the location is only serving food via drive-thru, and the only fried product I ordered was not chicken. It took 10 minutes to receive my order after they had me park in the parking lot waiting for the food. There was only one other customer waiting for their food in the parking lot. In addition, the person taking the order ... even with the complete lack of customers ... had me repeat nearly my entire order when I got to the window ... and I was the only person in drive thru.

This level of customer service is highly unacceptable, and I'm a regular at other Arby's locations in the city, so I know how to compare one from the other. Unfortunately, my travels had me on this side of town today, so I ended up going to this location. And ... I really hope to never be craving Arby's when I'm on this side of town again because I literally will drive out of my way to go to a different Arby's location for food even if I'm literally next door to this one. (Three months after my first review) Unfortunately, I had to go to this location again since I was in the area and was craving Seems as though the unjustified speed of service issues are still happening at this location. Since this issue is still ongoing after ... three months ... I'm reducing my star rating from the 2-star rating in my previous...

So I went in and placed an order for nine roast beef sliders and one buffalo slider, got halfway home after working a 13-hour shift, only to find that I'm missing 4 sliders. I called the store, and Vanessa which is a great employee by the way, explain to me that she can replace the order. The problem is that I don't want Arby's tomorrow, I wanted it today. So I asked if I could just get my money back for the four sliders, she said no because her manager " Roland" said that they can't give refunds. I'm pretty sure that's not Arby's policy, and also I asked if I could get a large lemonade with no ice and she said that Mr "Roland" said that they can't give a drink without ice. Sounds to me like Mr "Roland" is a tyrant. And the way that Vanessa sounded, it was a desperate plea for someone to report this manager. So I WILL be calling Arby's corporate to report this guy. To be honest with I actually felt really bad for Vanessa because it sounds like she's dealing with an absolutely TERRIBLE manager. What I'd like to happen is I'd like my money back for the four sliders that I didn't get because I don't want Arby's any other day but today. And I also want a lemonade with no ice. The way that that store is being ran is an absolute shame and "ROLAND" should be ashamed of himself for having such ridiculous unethical policies that I'm sure don't even follow suit with...
