OMG... The so called Brisket sandwich, w/ the so called "We got the meat" is the absolute worse in the history of Texas bbq and the art of preparing, smoking/cooking brisket. Arby's needs to stick to the original beef or beef n cheddar because "that sandwich" is a shame. There was just a thin stack of lukewarm meat, small cold onion rings, too much sauce...a very unpleasant experience. I don't know, giving them the benefit of the doubt, it was late, then again, the food service worker may have been tired because the sandwich was. I was trying to get home so I just paid, grabbed and left. I've been eating Arby's for almost 40 years back when the potato cakes were popular so this just isn't a cheap dig. I've also eaten the brisket prepared N.Y. style for many years at the traditional delis, the traditional method prepared by Caribbean cooks (like my Mom) and definitely Texas bbq and especially brisket for over 30 years. I'm embarrassed for the tradition and culture. Shut it down Arby's...stick to what made you, not what...
Read moreToday was definitely not a good day for Arby's. It's quite puzzling why some people think it's acceptable to waste someone else's time. If they were unable or unwilling to fulfill my order, why couldn't they just be upfront about it? Why wait until I reach the window and charge me to inform me that they won't provide the sauce or whatever I requested due to what I can only assume is their policy? If they had informed me while I was placing my order, I wouldn't have wasted my time waiting in the drive-through line. Unfortunately, I spent a good 5 to 10 minutes in line before reaching the window, and what's even more frustrating is that I confirmed my order with them. Well, it looks like this review will have to be a mark against them. I did request a refund, and instead of roast beef, it seems I'll be having...
Read moreHave given this place another chance. Have been sadly disappointed several times throughout COVID with lack of service and food quality. Food was pretty fresh and tasted good. Service by the young fellow was very good. He was swift and attentive and remembered what we told him in the time between us speaking and entering it into the computer, which has not been the case in the past. He explained the new menu offerings. Very nice fellow came out to table twice. Impressed with him and wish I could remember his name. Then there was the soda dispenser. I should not complain since we never drink the poisonous soda... only water and brewed tea. Zoom in and look at the picture and then ask yourself 'how long must this have been building up?' I believe it's calcium,...
