Beer N' All Drive-Thru Margaritas — Restaurant in San Antonio

I'm not going back! The last time I went I got 3 drinks, ALL of which were either wrong or had no liquor. I called to talk to the manager and I explained everything to him and he confirmed that I indeed got the wrong drinks - He looked at my bill and told me to describe my drinks and I did and confirmed that the order was wrong. They were not busy that time. He credited me which is fine so I thought I'd give them another try. But still it was very strange that my order was so incorrect I'm just makes you feel like they did it on purpose. Do they think some people "look" like they wont notice there's no alcohol? Anyway, I go back and I'm just sitting there for the longest time, a guy comes out I don't know if he's a customer or an employee. Then another customer pulls up next to me and THEN that guy waves us (?) to go in or I guess I don't know maybe he's only waving at that the other customer. We pull in and again still WAITING. It used to be that people were walking up to my car before even stopped. So back then people approached you, but the drinks were incorrect. Now you have to wait too long for anybody to even pay attention to you. Someone comes out and she immediately goes to the other car. I WAS THERE FIRST. THEN another person LAZILY very uninterested in working walking very very slowly looking everywhere but in my direction comes out. I left. EVERY customer should be treated well, not just men. I'm older and I promise I leave better tips. But if an employee can't even get eye contact with a customer then you shouldn't be doing this kind of work. You should be equally friendly to men and women regardless of age color size what car their driving. For a mediocre product I would return if the service is great. The product here is fine it's not outstanding plus the service sucks so yeah guess what - OTHER PLACES SELL...

Just so happen me and my wife went right before closing time last car in the bay. As soon as we took off from there, they close up the building just to come to find out that both of our drinks had no liquor in them more than sure you can taste Vodka in a beverage also had rum in my drink both as which did not have no liquor at all paid $30 plus a three dollar tip for this It was a Saturday night and I couldn’t go back because they were closed already. I got scammed out of my money from a business that I thought I can trust and get alcoholic beverage from to have a good time. I will be calling first thing when they open to speak to a manager on why I received a drink with no liquor I paid so much money just on two drinks for them to be virgin drinks and get charged the same price as an alcoholic beverage. I am very disappointed and like I said I would like to speak to a manager about this and get something resolved about this because this is not right....

I took my little big sister to by something here. It was not available but the white bearded man took awhile to appear & told her, " No". Look at me at the driver seat & said:" Thank you for throwing that!" I drove back to let him know it was a tinny pumpkin seed ( was about to pick it up when he) " I still have to sweep here! I was like:" I have worked at a convenient store myself & have never...And, he would not stop:" Never WHAT...I did not want to even buy cheetos there or anything after that. This used to be a very nice store. Yes, he has it all clean but no customers. Hope you have a better experience. All down San Pedro stores close at will & this is how you get treated post Covid19_ I swear I saw it happy to a white couple at some Other establishment. It seems Amazon will...
