5/27/21 Thurs. 3:30ish! I haven't been to this bill Miller's since last year in March? Went in and the friendly young lady showed me how to use the kiosk but she put in the order so I hope I will be able to do it myself next time, I watched?? Anyway I was eating my hot food it didn't take long and I kinda wasn't thinking about food as I was my mind was wondering around and landed on a guy with very long black hair!!! Awww I miss those days beautiful black and clean was his hair and kept back away from the face, very nice! Anyway back to food I reached around to get a sip of my tea and there was nothing there?? Lol I laughed and wondered what happened to my tea?? The receipt didn't say anything about tea either?? Maybe I was wrong?? But no I wasn't wrong it was just forgotten? Lol So I ate my good hot food and had the coconut pie but I wasn't to keyed up about it as the pie was warm I've never eaten it warm and it's ok but I love this pie cold, so next time I'll check to see if the pie is cold as this time it was out on the table for me! Other than that no problems!! The place was cleaned everytime someone leaves the tables, sweeping is going on, bathrooms are clean also and the place has music and very little customers for now, but as I was leaving 3 sets of families came in.... 👍🏽👍🏽I always come back to bill millers!!...
Read moreI used to think this was a pretty good location until recently. Updating my review to remind other customers to check your order before you leave the premises. My co-worker came to get our office breakfast tacos. They got the entire order wrong. I called back to let them know and was told to to return back to the restaurant to get our order again. I know accidents happen so I was understanding. I drove back to this location. I waited in their super long line and finally got to the register at 11:05 and was informed that they no longer serve breakfast tacos. I didn't want their alternative because we had vegetarians in our office and let them know I would just take a refund. The manager who I ended up talking to Sam made me feel like I was a thief when I asked for a refund. I tried to explain to him that I couldn't take any of the meat tacos and instead he dressed me down as though I was trying to be dishonest with him. It was a very uncomfortable situation. I didn't bother to get the refund. It wasn't worth it for the pushback I was receiving about this mistake that was made by their store. If you do want to get tacos here, just check your order before you go because getting it corrected is more trouble...
Read morePoor customer service. Called because the order I'd gotten through the drive-thru was wrong. Started as a polite conversation but the gentleman who took my call treated me like a transaction - no apology (and also no refund). Just a promise that they'll get it right for me next time if I give them my name (first name only). When I didn't appreciate the solution, the store manager Brittany got on the phone and repeated the same thing the gentleman said, still acting like I was just another bad order to add to her list. I got off the phone frustrated and called back to let her know that neither she nor her employee ever apologized or empathized with me about getting the order wrong. As I'm also in customer service, I just couldn't believe that this was their standard way of handling customer concerns. She then replied in a chipper and very brief manner, "Yes ma'am, I do apologize!" in a way that said "you are wasting my time and I have to go, but I'm smiling through gritted teeth while I say it" - rather than actually making me feel like she cared. Service comes from the top down, and if that's the example the store manager sets, it's no wonder why the service standard here is poor with the rest...
